Environmental governance has been the subject of numerous scholarly writings, and this concept is now firmly entrenched internationally. And domestic law, however, is constantly challenged by managers' environmental decisions, which shows that their decisions do not always lead to good environmental governance. Good environmental governance is essential for sustainable development and environmental protection. It is an important tool for reducing tensions within and between countries in the use of natural resources, thus helping to build trust and confidence at all levels and thus strengthen security. The goal of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is to promote good environmental governance, support participating countries in strengthening national authorities and empowering civil society.
Good environmental governance is essential for sustainable development and environmental protection. This is an important tool for reducing tensions between countries in the use of natural resources. The OSCE aims to promote good environmental governance, support participating countries in strengthening national authorities and empowering civil society. This article seeks to analyze good environmental governance decision-making by understanding and interpreting the relationship between good environmental governance. In an effort to understand how our courts evaluate authorities' environmental decisions, it critically evaluates recent laws. The key question is what role does sustainable development play in informing decisions about good environmental governance? .
