The uprising and developments in the Arab world that the Tunisian protests began, a wave of requests and political, economic and social demands to other classes of  people and then to other countries in the Middle East and North Africa region ,including Egypt. The developments in some of the changing political systems in the region, regional order and also affect the interests and approach powers in the Middle East. The uprisings in the Arab world, a historic period for the region and for the rest of the world. the main question article does the nature of the recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa . Although the many of researchers for the analysis of these developments in the form of democracy theories, revolutionary theories ,but in this research has been trying to look to the community, the analysis of these events within the framework of a social movement, theory and the fields of the difference between these developments of the foundations of contemporary revolutionary currents. In response to a question , theory appears to be a new social movement,Alberto Melucci regarding the action - oriented interactive and identity can be a useful theoretical framework to examine the nature of the popular movements in the region of the Middle East and North Africa.
