The fragmented Middle East spaces that have been formed following the lack of power of fragile states, such as Iraq and Syria in the Middle East, have created a conflict of interest between the new subjects and the dominant geopolitical structures in the Middle East. These spaces have been created since 2014, after the events of Iraq and Syria, mainly in the Mesopotamia area. In anarchic space in the Middle East, Turkey is attempting to exploit its territorial nostalgia through territorial discourses and agency of Islamist groups. Turkey, on the other hand, seeks to deepen and expand its hegemony in the Middle East due to the Southern Border Security Syndrome, where the Shiite ideology and the geopolitical expansion of the Kurds are the biggest barrier to its hegemonic piety. Therefore, the geopolitical discourse of the Turks has been shaped in the cross roads and dark holes of civilization and on the edge of the shaky ethnic geopolitical structures. This study analyzes the geopolitical discourse of Turkey in the Middle East dispersed spaces with a descriptive and analytical approach. M3 ER -
