fa رویکردجنبش‌های اجتماعی وسندیکاهای کارگری پس ازانقلاب اسلامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش رو که با بهره گیری از رویکرد جامعه شناسی تاریخی و روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به رشته تحریر درآمده، به بررسی تعاملات سندیکاهای کارگری پس ازانقلاب اسلامی می پردازد.وارسی ها نشان می دهد اولین سندیکاها یا تشکل‌های کارگری دراوایل قرن هجدهم در انگلستان بوجود آمدند.در ایران نیزگرایش به سوی تشکل‌های کارگری مربوط به سال‌های پیش از انقلاب مشروطیت است.تاریخ یافته ها نشان می دهد کارگران ایران؛نقش تاریخی و سرنوشت‌ سازی در سازمان‌دهی کمیته‌های اعتصاب در مراکز کار سراسری در بحبوبه انقلاب اسلامی داشتند ونقش کارگران در مراکز صنعتی افزایش چشمگیری یافت ، شوراهای کارگری که دستاورد کارگران &nbsp;دراوایل انقلاب اسلامی بود یکی پس از دیگر منحل و با تصویب لایحه‌ای قانونی شوراهای اسلامی کار جایگزین سندیکاهای کارگری شد.بنابراین مقاله ، با روش توصیفی </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تفسیری در صدد پاسخ به این سئوال می باشد، باتوجه به نقش کارگران درتصمیم گیری های مراکز صنعتی پس ازانقلاب،</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چراطرح های آنهاخواسته ویانخواسته یکی پس ازدیگر(شورای کارگری)منحل</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> شدند؟ فرضیه این مقاله نیز بنظر می رسد</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">علیرغم نقش بسیارتعیین کننده قدرت سازمانی وتشکیلاتی کارگران درجریان انقلاب اسلامی، </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ضعف درونی طبقه‌ کارگر</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،تصویب قانون کار،وشرایط بحرانی جنگ تحمیلی، سندیکاهای مستقل کارگری را تضعیف وازگردونه خارج کرد.بنظرمی رسد،تشکل های کارگری جایگزین شوراها خیلی نتوانسته به وظایف و اهداف خود در راستای منافع حقوق کارگران و تحقق عدالت اجتماعی موفق نسبی بدست آورد. </span></span></span> The research, which is written using the approach of historical sociology and descriptive and analytical methods, examines the interactions of trade unions after the Islamic Revolution. The examinations show that the first trade unions or trade unions emerged in England in the early eighteenth century. In Iran, too, the tendency towards trade unions is related to the years before the Constitutional Revolution. The workers&#39; councils, which were the achievement of the workers at the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, were dissolved one after another and replaced by trade unions with the approval of the legal bills of the Islamic Labor Councils. In the decisions of the industrial centers after the revolution, why were their plans dissolved, willingly or unwillingly, after one (the workers&#39; council)? The hypothesis of this article also seems to weaken and exclude independent trade unions, despite the very decisive role of workers&#39; organizational power during the Islamic Revolution, the internal weakness of the working class, the passage of labor law, and the critical conditions of the imposed war.
