fa رویکرد سازه انگارانه به کاربرد کنوانسیون رفع هرگونه تبعیض علیه زنان در جهان اسلام از ۱۹۷۹ تا ۲۰۲۱؛ (مطالعه موردی ایران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">اقدام برای بهبود وضعیت زنان در سطح جهانی بسیار ضروری می باشد و کنوانسیون بین المللی رفع هرگونه تبعیض علیه زنان، در جهت ایجاد </span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">برابری کامل میان زنان و مردان و ریشه کن سازی تبعیض علیه آنان ایجاد شده است. <strong>این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این می باشد که مفاد این کنوانسیون چه تاثیری بر تغییر رویکرد کشورهای اسلامی برای رفع تبعیض علیه زنان داشته است و فرهنگ و هویت اسلامی در عدم عضویت ایران در این کنوانسیون چگونه نقش آفرینی می کند؟</strong> یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که این </span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">کنوانسیون محصولی از اندیشه و بازتاب برخی از آرمان های فمینیستی غربی می باشد و با توجه به تفاوت درساختارها، فرهنگ ها، مذاهب، استانداردها و تفاسیر مختلف از جایگاه و تجارب و نیازهای خاص زنان در مناطق مختلف</span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">تاکنون نتوانسته اجماع واقعی کشورها، <strong>به ویژه کشورهای اسلامی</strong> را به وجود آورد و تصویب این کنوانسیون توسط برخی کشورها با شرط گذاری، بعضأ بدون اعتقاد واقعی به مواد آن صورت گرفته و جنبه نمادین دارد. </span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">گردآوری داده ها به روش کتابخانه ای و یافته های تحقیق به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی بررسی شده است. </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span> Action is needed to improve the situation of women worldwide, and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women is designed to promote full equality between women and men and eradicate discrimination against women. This article seeks to answer what effect the provisions of this convention have had on changing the approach of Islamic countries to eliminate discrimination against women, and how does Islamic culture and identity play a role in Iran&#39;s non-membership in this convention? The research findings indicate that this convention is a product of the thought and reflection of some Western feminist ideals. Differences in structures, cultures, religions, standards, and different interpretations of the position and experiences and particular needs of women in other regions, have not been able to create a genuine consensus of countries, especially between the Islamic countries. Therefore, some countries&#39; ratification of this convention is conditional, some without fundamental belief in its contents and has a symbolic aspect.
