fa آینده پژوهی معامله قرن؛ دو دولت با یک حاکمیت و مشروعیت بخشی به طرح اسرائیل بزرگ Century transaction futures; Two governments with one sovereignty and legitimizing the plan of Greater Israel تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research «معامله قرن» مهمترین سیاست دولت ترامپ در مورد  منازعه اسرائیلی-فلسطینی بود که پرسشهای مهمی در مورد آن وجود دارد: این طرح چه ویژگیهای دارد؟ آیا طرح معامله قرن میتواند طولاتی‌ترین منازعه معاصر در خارومیانه را حل کند؟ در این مقاله با تکیه بر «آینده‌پژوهی» و روش سناریونگاری، تلاش ‌شده محتمل‌ترین سناریو برای طرح معامله قرن بررسی شود. فرضیه مقاله این است که «طرح معامله قرن به علت عدم درک ماهیت منازعه فلسطینی-اسرائیلی، بی‌توجهی به دغدغه‌های اساسی فلسطینیها و ایجاد یک دولت بدون حاکمیت برای آنها، محکوم  به شکست است.» معامله قرن پتانسیلی برای محوریت مذاکرات صلح ندارد اما باید توجه داشت که مهمترین هدف طرح، مشروعیت دادن به وضعیت موجود در سرزمینهای اشغالی است. با این حال، شدت گرفتن اقدامات نامشروع اسرائیل برای ضمیمه‌سازی سرزمینی، شهرک‌سازیها، افزایش رایزنی با کشورهای عربی محافظه‌کار با هدف فشار فزاینده بر فلسطینیها و حاکمیت‌زدایی از حکومت خودگردان، محتمل‌ترین سناریو این طرح است. The "deal of the century" was the Trump administration's most important policy on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and there are important questions about it: What are the features of this plan? Can the Century Deal Plan Resolve the Longest Contemporary Controversy in the Middle East? In this article, relying on "futures research" and scenario planning method, the most probable scenario for the transaction plan of the century is examined. The hypothesis of the article is that "the deal of the century is doomed to failure due to the lack of understanding of the nature of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, ignoring the basic concerns of the Palestinians and creating a state without sovereignty for them." The Century Deal has no potential for centralizing peace negotiations, but it should be noted that the most important goal of the plan is to legitimize the status quo in the occupied territories.
