fa حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">امروزه &nbsp;یکی از شاخص&shy;های مهم توسعه&rlm;ی انسانی، میزان حضور و نحوه&rlm;ی ایفای نقش زنان در عرصه&rlm;های گوناگون سیاسی، اجتماعی و ... می&rlm;باشد. </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#333333">حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان، جزو حقوق اصلی و اساسی</span></span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#333333">آنها بوده و لازم</span></span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#333333">و</span></span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#333333">ملزوم</span></span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#333333">انسانیت هستند و این مهم در شریعت اسلام مورد توجه بوده و نظام جمهوری اسلامی نیز که مبتنی بر فقه اسلامی است، در قانون اساسی بدان توجه ویژه داشته است. شواهد امر این نشان می&rlm;دهد که میزان حضور و مشارکت زنان در فعالیت&rlm;های سیاسی و اجتماعی، نسبت به دوره&rlm;های پیش از انقلاب اسلامی، رشد چشمگیری داشته است لیکن هنوز زنان ایران نتوانسته&rlm;اند به صورت کامل به حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی خود دست یابند و لذا این پرسش مطرح می&rlm;شود که چه موانعی موجب عدم دستیابی زنان ایران به حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی خود شده&rlm;اند. به منظور پاسخگویی به این پرسش، </span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه&rlm;ای و به روش فیش&rlm;برداری، حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان در نظام جمهوری اسلامی را مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است. بررسی قانون اساسی و دیگر ارکان نظام جمهوری اسلامی&nbsp; به این نتیجه منتهی گردید که علی&rlm;رغم درنظر گرفته شدن حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی یکسانی برای زنان و مردان در این نظام، در دستیابی کامل زنان ایران به حقوق سیاسی و اجتماعی خویش، موانعی ساختاری (اعم از ساختار سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و قانون مدنی) و غیرساختاری (بیشتر فیزیولوژیکی) وجود دارد که می&rlm;توان با کمک دولت و نیز ارتقای فرهنگ عمومی، بر موانع یادشده فائق آمد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present research has investigated and analyzed the political and social rights of women in the Islamic Republic of Iran using library sources and using a descriptive-analytical method. Due to the fact that the laws of the Islamic Republic are based on the holy Sharia of Islam, first the Islamic view on the political and social rights of women was examined and then the views of the founder of the Islamic Republic were expressed in this regard. The examination of the constitution and other elements of the Islamic Republic system led to the conclusion that in this system, the same political and social rights are considered for women and men, which shows a great progress compared to the era before the Islamic Revolution. However, there are structural (both political, cultural, social and civil law) and non-structural (mostly physiological) obstacles in Iranian women&#39;s full achievement of their political and social rights, which can be overcome with the help of the government and the promotion of public culture.
