fa عدالت از منظر اندیشمندان جهان اسلام، با تأکید بر مفهوم هرمنوتیکی عدالت در اندیشه‌های علامه طباطبایی Justice from the Perspective of Islamic World Thinkers, Emphasizing the Hermeneutic Concept of Justice in the Thoughts of Allameh Tabatabaei تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research      عدالت همواره در تمام اعصار دغدغه همه اجتماعات بشری و تکتک مردم جامعه و به تبع آن درمکاتب و اندیشههای فلاسفه زمان خود بوده و به‌منظور تحقق آن تلاشهای بسیاری انجام شده، چه در قرون گذشته که حکومتهای دیکتاتوری و پاتریمونیالیست برپا بودند و هم‌اکنون که مردمسالاریهای گوناگونی در جوامع مختلف پابرجا هستند. اینها نشان از میزان اهمیت این مقوله میباشد که بیش از پیش نه تنها ازجایگاه آن کاسته نشده، بلکه همچنان به اهمیت آن افزوده گردیده است. به‌موازات این اهمیت و ضرورت پژوهش در این رابطه به بررسی نظرات متفکران مختلف پرداخته شده و اندیشمندان هر عصر تلاش خود را برای تبیین حدود و ثغور وتحقق آن مبذول داشتهاند. چرا که فقدان عدالت در جامعه باعث پیدایش تبعیض، ظلم، فساد، و فقدان وفاق عمومی میشود و جامعه مبتنی بر بیعدالتی و ناهمگونی پدیدمیآید. درنتیجه برای گذر از این جامعه و رفتن به‌سوی جامعه سالم که بر پایه عدالت استوار باشد، اندیشههای آرمانی برای رسیدن به جامعه مطلوب بوجود میآید. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی مفهوم عدالت در اندیشههای برخی اندیشمندان جهان اسلام به بررسی مفهوم عدالت در اندیشه علامه طباطبایی از منظر هرمنوتیکی پرداخته شد و با بهرهگیری از روش هرمنوتیک ریکور چالشهای موجود در اندیشههای علامه طباطبایی درحوزه عدالت مورد کنکاش قرار گرفت و تأکیدات علامه به منظور بهرهگیری از عدالت در جامعه اسلامی مشخص گردید. یافتههای تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اندیشه سیاسی علامه بر اخلاقیات استوار است و سیاستی که مبتنی بر اخلاق باشد وظیفهاش ایجاد عدالت خواهد بود.   In all ages, justice has always been the concern of all human societies and individual people of the society, and accordingly in the schools and thoughts of the philosophers of their time, and in order to realize it, many efforts have been made, whether in the past centuries when dictatorial and patrimonialist governments were standing and now that various democracies are standing in different societies. These show the importance of this category, which has not only not diminished its position, but has also increased its importance. Parallel to this importance, the thinkers of every age have tried to explain the limits and gaps and realize it. Because the lack of justice in the society causes the emergence of discrimination, oppression, corruption, and the lack of public consensus, and a society based on injustice and heterogeneity emerges. As a result, in order to pass from this society and move towards a healthy society based on justice, idealistic thoughts are created to reach the desired society. In this article, while examining the concept of justice in the thoughts of some thinkers of the Islamic world, the concept of justice in the thought of Allameh Tabatabai was investigated from a hermeneutic point of view. In this article, using the <a name="_Hlk149297989"></a><a name="_Hlk149320352">Ricoeur</a>ian hermeneutic method, the challenges in Allameh Tabatabaei's thoughts in the field of justice were investigated and Allameh's emphases were determined in order to benefit from justice in the Islamic society.
