fa نقش گفتمان اسلام سیاسی در تحول مفهومی «کار» و پرولتاریازدایی از نیروی کار در ایران پس از انقلاب تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کارگران در پیروزی انقلاب 57 ایران، نقش مؤثری داشتند اما پس از انقلاب در حاشیه سیاست‌ورزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار گرفتند. مقاله حاضر در پاسخ به سوال فرایند سیاست‌زدایی از&nbsp; کارگران در ایران بعد از انقلاب چگونه رخ داد و نقش فضای ایدئولوژیک و به ویژه تفسیر اسلام سیاسی از کار و کارگر چه نقشی در فرآیند پرولتاریازدایی از کار و کارگر داشته است؟ این فرضیه را طرح می‌نماید که تفسیر کل‌گرایانه گفتمان اسلام سیاسی از امت از یکسو و مقابله با ایدئولوژی مارکسیسم از سوی دیگر در فرایند پرولتاریازدایی از کار و کارگر نقش اساسی داشته است.تفسیر امت‌محور، جایگاهی برای متمایزسازی و کنش‌ورزی مستقلانه برای کارگران در قالب جنبش و اتحادیه‌های کارگری قائل نبود. همچنین قدرت‌یابی کارگران در قالب ایدئولوژی مارکسیستی برای شکل‌گیری جامعه اسلامی خطرناک تشخیص داده شد، بنابراین تلاش شد از سازماندهی کارگران در قالب <i>طبقه‌ای برای خود</i> جلوگیری شود. همچنین در سطح فکری نیز گفتمان اسلام سیاسی مفهوم &laquo;کار&raquo; را نه به مثابه کنش عرفی برای امرار معیشت بلکه به مثابه <i>کنش الهی</i> استعلاگر روح و در خدمت جامعه اسلامی تفسیر می‌کند. لذا بنا به یافته‌های پژوهش این نتیجه قابل حصول است که</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">گفتمان اسلام سیاسی از دو طریق فرایند پرولتاریازدایی کار و کارگر</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">را به پیش‌برده است؛ یکی تغییر تقابل‌های دوگانه؛ برای مثال تغییر سرمایه‌دار-کارگر به مستکبر-مستضعف؛ و دیگری از طریق هویت‌دهی اسلامی &nbsp;به کنش کارگران در قالب شعارهایی همچون کار عبادت الهی است. چنین فرایندی تقریباً در تمامی دولت‌های پس از جمهوری اسلامی ایران تدوام یافته است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:#f8f9fa"><span style="line-height:27.0pt"><span style="font-family:Consolas"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">The workers played an effective role in the victory of the 1979 Iranian revolution, but after the revolution, they were pushed to the edge. In order to answer the question </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">how did the process of </span></span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">depoliticization of workers </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">happen</span></span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> in Iran after the revolution and what was the role of the ideological space and especially the interpretation of political Islam about work and worker in the process of depoliticization of work and worker? this article, articulated this hypothesis that holistic interpretation of the discourse of political Islam about the ummah on the one hand and dealing with marxist idealogy on the othe other hand had a key role in the process of depoliticization of work and worker because ummah-centered interpretation did not provide a place for workers to differentiate and act independently in the form of labor movements and unions. Also, the empowerment of workers in the form of Marxist idealogy was recognized dangerous for the information of an Islamic society. Therefore, organizing workers as an independent class (for itself) was prevented. At the intellectual level, the discourse of political Islam interprets the concept of work not as a customary act for earning a living but as a devine act that transcends the soul and serves the Islamic community.
