fa تحلیل ایعاد منطقه ای جنگ های اسراییل با حزب الله وحماس بر مبنای رویکرد موازنه قدرت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نزاع اعراب و اسراییل با قدمت ترین مسئله فرا روی خاورمیانه طی دهه‌های گذشته بوده است. در این میان دهه 2004-2014 ، چهار جنگ را در این عرصه به خود دیده است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که اسرائیل در جنگ‌های خود علیه حزب الله وحماس چه اهدافی را دنبال می‌کرد؟ در پاسخ به نظر می‌رسد که همزمان با هدف عمده اسراییل در تخریب آگاهانه زیر ساخت‌های لبنان و فلسطین، اهداف اسراییل در این جنگ‌ها به نظام موازنه قدرت درخاورمیانه نیزمرتبط بوده است واسرائیل با هدف تغییر موازنه قدرت در منطقه خاورمیانه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">و ایجاد شکاف بیشتر بین کشورهای جهان اسلام وحامی فلسطین و لبنان سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای خود را شکل داده است. بنابراین جنگ‌های اعراب و اسراییل طی دهه فوق الذکر را می‌توان به مثابه چالشی آگاهانه &nbsp;برای بر هم زدن موازنه قدرت منطقه‌ای تفسیر کرد. آنچه در این نوشتار می‌آید بررسی جنگ‌های چهارگانه اسراییل طی دهه اخیر است که ضمن واکاوی اهداف اسراییل، نشان می‌دهد چگونه فرهنگ حاکم بر موازنه قدرت بر برداشت های کشورهای مختلف و نتایج جنگ‌ها تأثیرگذار بوده و معادلات قدرت را میان بازیگران این عرصه تعیین کرده است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Arab-Israeli conflict over the past decades has been the oldest &nbsp;problem in the Middle East. There have been four wars in this area during 2004-2014 decades. The main research question is: &ldquo;What were the Israel&rsquo;s aims in the wars against Hezbollah and Hamas?&rdquo; In response it seems that concurrent with destruction of infrastructure in Lebanon and Palestine, the Israel&rsquo;s aims of these wars have been related to the balance of power in the Middle East. In this way, Israel has shaped its regional policy with the aim of balancing power in the Middle East and creating further gaps between the countries of the Islamic world and the Palestinian and Lebanon supporters. Thus, the Arab-Israeli wars during the past decade could be interpreted as a conscious challenge to undermine the balance of regional power.
