fa تأثیر نظریه کارکردگرایی بر شکل گیری بروکراسی و ساختار فرهنگ در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">بروکراسی یکی از فرآیندهای دنیایی امروزه و جهان مدرن به شمار می‌رود. پس از گسترش اندیشه خرد گرایی ذیل رنسانس در غرب در کنار افزایش روز افزون جمعیت جهان اندیشه عقلانیت ابزاری و بالطبع بروکراسی رو به گسترش گذاشت. در این رهگذر تأثیر نظریه کارکردگرایی بعنوان یکی از اندیشه‌های عصر مدرن قابل توجه است. نظریه کارکردگرایی با توجه به فرآیند سیستمی و تاکید بر ساختارها و کارکردها می‌تواند در شکل گیری و توسعه بروکراسی سهمی بسزایی داشته باشد. ایران به عنوان یکی از کشورهای در حال توسعه است که نظریه کارکردگرایی می‌تواند نقش بسزایی در گسترش بروکراسی و ساختار فرهنگی آن ناشی از انطباق با شرایط نوین ایفا کند. لذا بررسی تأثیر دیدگاه کارکردگرایی بر فرآیند بروکراتیک و ساختار فرهنگی ایران حائز اهمیت است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیرات نظریه کارکردگرایی بر ساختار بروکراتیک و فرهنگی ایران است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که نظریه کارکردگرایی چه تاثیری بر گستره بروکراسی و ساختار فرهنگی در ایران دارد. فرضیه پژوهش حاکی از این است که اصول نظریه کارکردگرایی و متغییرهای الگوی می‌تواند در گسترش بروکراسی و فرهنگ سیستمی نقش مهمی داشته باشد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی در کنار چارچوب نظری کارکردگرایی و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای- متون معتبر بر این نتیجه است که هژمون شدن نظریه کارکردگرایی باعث رشد بروکراسی و شکل گیری فرهنگ سیستمی و افزایش کارایی نظام سیاسی می‌شود. &nbsp;</span></span><br> &nbsp; Bureaucracy is considered as one of the world&rsquo;s today processes and modern world. Following the expansion of the thought of rationalism under the Renaissance in the West along with the growing increase in the world&#39;s population, the concept of instrumental rationality and, consequently, bureaucracy has been expanded. In this regard, the influence of functionalism theory is significant as one of the ideas of the modern age. The functionalism theory, due to its systematic process and the emphasis on structures and functions, can contribute to the formation and development of bureaucracy. Iran is one of the developing countries where functionalism theory can play a significant role in expanding bureaucracy and its cultural structure as a result of adaptation to modern conditions. Therefore, it is important to study the impact of functionalism on the bureaucratic process and cultural structure of Iran. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of functionalism theory on the bureaucratic and cultural structure of Iran. The main question of the research is: what the impact of functionalism theory on the scope of bureaucracy and cultural structure in Iran is. The research hypothesis suggests that the principles of functionalism theory and variables of the Model can play an important role in the development of bureaucracy and structure of culture. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method and theoretical framework of functionalism.
