fa آمریکا، جنگ‌های نیابتی و امنیت خاورمیانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تحولات بعد از 11 سپتامبر دیدگاه بدبینانه نسبت به خاورمیانه را تأیید می‌کند، زیرا برخلاف انتظار خوش‌بینان پایان جنگ سرد و فروپاشی نظام دوقطبی به معنای ایجاد صلح منطقه‌ای نبوده است یکی از دلایل این بی‌ثباتی و منازعه منطقه‌ای نیز حضور و مداخله مستقیم و غیرمستقیم ایالات‌متحده آمریکا است، یکی از مناطقی که در کانون این مداخلات قرار دارد منطقه خاورمیانه می‌باشد چراکه ترس از دست دادن متحدان منطقه‌ای و شکل‌گیری گفتمان غالب مقاومت و استقلال به دلیل انقلاب‌های عربی سبب شد که این کشور به‌جای حضور مستقیم و فعال به‌صورت غیرمستقیم از طریق جنگ‌های نیابتی در سوریه، یمن و عراق به دنبال تأمین منافع خود و ادامه حضورش در خاورمیانه باشد بنابراین ازآنجاکه جنگ‌های نیابتی خود عاملی مهم جهت بازتعریف نظم نوین منطقه می‌باشند. لذا استدلال اصلی این مقاله واکاوی سیاست خارجی آمریکا در ایجاد جنگ‌های نیابتی به بعد و تأثیر آن بر امنیت منطقه‌ خاورمیانه است. سؤالی که در این پژوهش مطرح می‌شود این است که سیاست خارجی آمریکا چه نقشی در ایجاد جنگ‌های نیابتی و تأثیر آن بر امنیت منطقه غرب آسیا دارد؟ در پاسخ به این سؤال باید گفت که سیاست خارجی آمریکا در ایجاد جنگ‌های نیابتی تلاش برای نهادینه کردن نوعی موازنه فرو ملی در غرب آسیا بوده است.</span></span><br> &nbsp; Developments after September of 2011 confirm the pessimistic view towards the Middle East because opposed to the expectations of the optimists, ending the Cold War and the collapse of bipolar system did not mean regional peace. One of the reasons for this instability and regional conflict is direct and indirect intervention of the United States and its presence in theregion. One of the areas that is in the focus of these interventions is the Middle East, because fears of losing regional allies and the formation of the dominant discourse of resistance and independence caused by the Arab revolutions led the country indirectly continues its presence by proxy wars in, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq to keep its interests and continuous presence in the Middle East. Consequently, as proxy wars have important role in the redefinition of the new order of the region, the main discussion of this article is the analysis of the US foreign policy in the creation of proxy wars and its impact on the security of the Middle East. The question of this research is: &ldquo;how does American foreign policy play a role in the generation of proxy wars and its impact on the security of the Asian West region?
