fa امپریالیسم زبانی یا زبان امپریالیسم: ضرورت مواجهه با هژمونی زبان انگلیسی در کشورهای اسلامی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در عصر جهانی شدن، گسترش جهانی زبان انگلیسی مخصوصا از طریق آموزش زبان انگلیسی، به عنوان یکی از بحث بر انگیزترین موضوعات در رشته زبان شناسی کاربردی و مسائل سیاسی مطرح بوده است. با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت این تغییر محتوایی در زبان شناسی کاربردی که موجب گسترش جهانی زبان انگلیسی و جریان آموزش زبان انگلیسی به عنوان یک پدیده ذاتا مشکل آفرین شده است و همچنین با عنایت به وجود تفاوت های سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ایدئولوژیکی بین کشورهای اسلامی و کشورهای انگلیسی زبان مانند آمریکا و انگلیس، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی وضعیت زبان انگلیسی و آسیب شناسی آموزش این زبان در ایران به عنوان یکی از کشورهای جهان اسلام پرداخته است تا بر اساس تحقیقات گذشته و مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه راهکارهایی در خصوص جلوگیری از آسیب های اجتماعی- سیاسی ناشی از جهانی شدن از طریق آموزش غلط زبان انگلیسی در قالب مفهوم امپریالیسم زبانی ارائه نماید. تحقیقات گذشته نشان داده است که امپریالیسم زبانی موجب بروز آسیب های اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و ایدئولوژیکی در جوامع هدف از جمله کشورهای جهان اسلام شامل کشور ایران شده است و حل آن مستلزم انجام تحقیقات گسترده میدانی در این زمینه است. تلفیق دستگاه های اجرایی در برنامه ریزی های آموزشی زبان و ارائه چشم انداز جهانی و ملی با در نظر گرفتن این موضوع می تواند راهکار موثری در جلوگیری از نفوذ سیاسی- فرهنگی غرب به کشورهای اسلامی و مواجهه با هژمونی زبان انگلیسی در این کشورها باشد. تصمیم گیرندگان سیاسی و آموزشی کشور می توانند با برعکس کردن این روند، به جای اجازه دادن به تزریق فرهنگ و عقاید غرب در قالب آموزش زبان انگلیسی و با استفاده از ترفند خودشان و ایجاد روندی جدید و حساب شده از طریق آموزش زبان انگلیسی و اعزام مبلغین اسلامی آشنا با این زبان به صادر کردن فرهنگ ناب اسلامی </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ایرانی از طریق زبان انگلیسی به کشورهای هدف بپردازند. در ضمن نویسنده با استفاده از تجربیات در طول تدریس به این نتیجه رسیده است که در آموزشگاه های زبان انگلیسی و دانشگاه های کشور می توان با استفاده از میل به یادگیری زبان انگلیسی یادگیرندگان آنان را تشویق به اشاعه فرهنگ ملی و اسلامی در حین یادگیری زبان انگلیسی نمود. </span></span><br> &nbsp; In the era of globalization, the worldwide spread of English, especially through English Language Teaching (ELT), is known as one of the most controversial issues in the field of applied linguistics and political sciences. Conceiving the importance of this conceptual shift in the field of applied linguistics which introduces English spread and the mainstream of ELT as inherently problematic phenomena as well as concerning the cultural, social, ideological, and political differences between the Center and the Iranian society, this research aimed at studying the situation of ELT in Islamic countries in the Middle East in the line of Linguistic Imperialism and pathology of teaching English in Iran as a member of Islamic world. The review of the previous studies showed that ELT community has been affected by this critical conceptual shift in such a way that in some important categories including methods, material and curriculum development, English spread and policy, the linguistic imperialism theory dominates. It can be concluded that linguistic imperialism position carries special weight alongside the mainstream of ELT in ELT community&#39;s perspective in Islamic countries such as Iran. Some strategies are suggested in this study to prevent damage caused by globalization through linguistic imperialism. The previous studies showed that English Imperialism cause cultural, social, political, and ideological damages in Islamic countries in the Middle East such as Iran. Solving this problem requires research and investigation in this area.
