fa دیپلماسی نومحافظه کاران کنگره آمریکا در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران (2016 ـ 2009) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بررسی سیاست خارجی کنگره آمریکا در 8 سال ریاست جمهوری باراک اوباما نشان می‌دهد که از سال 2009 تمرکز مراکز پژوهشی نومحافظه کار به سمت تأثیرگذاری بر کنگره معطوف شده است، به طوریکه از کنگره صدویازدهم به تدریج رویکرد قانونگذاران آمریکایی در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران به سمت دیپلماسی تقنینی پیشدستانه متمایل می‌شود و با ادبیات صیانت از امنیت پیشدستانه شهروندان و متحدان آمریکا، شعاع و دامنه تحریم‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران به صورت محسوسی افزایش می‌یابد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">گنجاندن جمهوری اسلامی ایران در محور شرارت، اعتقاد به صلح دموکراتیک، تثبیت نظام هژمونیک در خاورمیانه، بهره گیری از دیپلماسی اجبار و تقویت حضور نظامی در خلیج فارس بر اساس واقع گرایی تهاجمی، ویژگی‌های رفتاری نئوکان های کنگره آمریکا در قبال ایران را شکل می‌دهند. پایش رفتار معماران تحریم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کنگره نشان می‌دهد که در دوران ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ، لوایح تحریمی در مدار قانونگذاری قرار خواهند گرفت که بیشتر به سمت ساماندهی جنگ اقتصادی تمام عیار و تحدید توان دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران هدفگذاری شده‌اند. </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این تحقیق به دنبال آن است با استفاده از </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با کمک جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">، آثار گسترش اندیشه سیاسی نومحافظه کاری بر کنگره و بازخورد آن بر دیپلماسی تقنینی آمریکا در قبال ایران را بررسی نماید.</span></span><br> &nbsp; The study of US Congressional foreign policy over the eight years of Barack Obama&#39;s presidency shows that the focus of the neoconservative research centers has been influencing on Congress since 2009. Since the <em>time of the 11th United States Congress</em>, the American legislature&#39;s approach towards the Islamic Republic of Iran has been steadily moving towards a preemptive legislative diplomacy and with the literature on protecting the security of American citizens and allies of the United States and the scope of sanctions of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been increasing significantly. Putting Islamic Republic of Iran in the Axis of Evil, the belief in democratic peace, consolidation of the hegemonic system in the Middle East, the use of coercive diplomacy, and strengthening military presence in the Persian Gulf based on aggressive realism, shape the behavioral characteristics of the US neo-conservative legislators towards Iran. Monitoring the behavior of Iranian sanctions architects in the US Congress during the presidency of Donald Trump indicates that Iran&#39;s future sanctions focus on the organization of a full-fledged economic warfare and the reduction of the defense capability of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
