fa دیپلماسی فرهنگی و قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ایتالیا؛ فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و راهبردها تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از مهم&shy;ترین سازوکارها و ابزار تأمین اهداف سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تدوین، تنظیم و اعمال دیپلماسی فرهنگی کارامد و روزآمد به عنوان نمونه بارز و اعلای قدرت نرم آن است. هدف این مقاله بررسی دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کشور ایتالیاست که با استفاده از روش مطالعه کتابخانه&shy;ای&nbsp; اسنادی، مدارک علمی و گزارشات مربوطه تلاش می&shy;کند تا ضمن ارائۀ توضیحاتی از تطور مفهوم دیپلماسی و تبیین فرصت&shy;ها و تهدیدهای فعالیت&shy;های فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ایتالیا، راهبردهای فعالیت&shy;های فرهنگی در این کشور را واکاوی نماید. مقاله با طرح این سؤال که مناسب&shy;ترین راهبردها برای فعالیت&shy;های فرهنگی و هنری جمهوری اسلامی ایران و اقدامات مربوط به دیپلماسی فرهنگی و بهره&shy;مندی از مؤلفه&shy;های قدرت نرم در کشور ایتالیا کدام است، این فرضیه را طراحی کرده که با اجرای راهبردهای اشاره&shy;شده به خصوص گسترش علاقه و شناخت نخبگان و توده مردم ایتالیا به ارزش&shy;های فرهنگ و تمدن اسلامی </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash; </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ایرانی و همچنین گسترش علاقه و گرایش نخبگان به زبان و ادبیات فارسی&nbsp; در این کشور امکان تحقق اهداف دیپلماسی فرهنگی فراهم شده و ایتالیا می&shy;تواند&nbsp; تا حد زیادی به عنوان الگوی مناسبی برای کشورهای دیگر اروپا خصوصاً در حوزه اروپای غربی و مرکزی قرار گرفته و با مدّ نظر قرار دادن راهبردهای مطروحه، امکان یکسان&shy;سازی عملکرد مدیران اجرایی فرهنگی و هماهنگی بین آنها در کشور ایتالیا فراهم خواهد آمد. </span></span></span><br> &nbsp; One of the most important mechanisms and tools for the foreign policy objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the formulation, adjustment, and implementation of efficient and up-to-date cultural diplomacy as a prominent and major example of its soft power. The purpose of this article is to study the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Italy which by using documentary methodology and reviewing relevant scientific documents and reports attempts to provide an explanation of the evolution of the concept of diplomacy and the explanation of the opportunities and threats of the cultural activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Italy and explore the strategies of cultural activities in this country.
