fa واقع‌گرایی ساختاری و جایگاه سوریه در سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای ایران و روسیه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;<span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با شروع بحران سیاسی در سوریه، بازیگران منطقه‌ای و فرا منطقه‌ای بر اساس منافع خود جهت‌گیری‌های مختلفی را در رابطه با این کشور، که از اهمیت ژئوپلیتیک و ژئواستراتژیک خاصی در منطقه خاورمیانه برخوردار است، اتخاذ نموده‌اند. در این میان نقش بازیگرانی مثل روسیه و جمهوری اسلامی ایران از اهمیت فراوان برخوردار‌است.هدف از نوشتار حاضر مطالعه جایگاه سوریه در سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای ایران و روسیه با بهره‌گیری از نظریه واقع‌گرایی ساختاری است.ازاین‌رو سؤال اساسی پژوهش حاضر این است که سوریه در سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای ایران و سوریه چه جایگاه و اهمیتی دارد؟یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سوریه در معادلات بین‌المللی روسیه ؛ با توجه به موقعیت ژئوپلیتیک و ژئواستراتژیک خاص سوریه، روابط دیرینه و سنتی کرملین-دمشق، وجود پایگاه نظامی طرطوس، جلوگیری از نفوذ بیشتر غرب در منطقه، بی‌اعتمادی روس‌ها به غرب در قبال نحوه برخورد با بحران سوریه، ترس از تکرار سناریوی لیبی در سوریه، تقابل گرایی با آمریکا، ملاحظات اقتصادی، وجود قراردادهای نظامی با سوریه، و جلوگیری از گسترش ناتو،از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. از سوی دیگر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تداوم حمایت خود، چندین هدف حیاتی نظیر جلوگیری از وقوع حوادث مشابه در خاورمیانه باهدف جلوگیری از توسعه‌ی نفوذ رژیم اسرائیل در منطقه ، حفظ ائتلاف شیعی و حفظ تعادل ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه را دنبال می‌کند.درنتیجه صحنه تحولات </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><a href="http://peace-ipsc.org/fa/category/articles/%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%B1%DB%8C%D9%87/"><span style="text-decoration:none;text-underline:none;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">سوریه</span></span></span></span></a></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، زمینه مساعدی را برای برجستگی عینی نقاط اشتراک </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><a href="http://peace-ipsc.org/fa/category/articles/%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86/"><span style="text-decoration:none;text-underline:none;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ایران</span></span></span></span></a></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">و روسیه در قبال تحولات بین&shy;المللی و منطقه </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><a href="http://peace-ipsc.org/fa/category/articles/%D8%AE%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%85%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%87/"><span style="text-decoration:none;text-underline:none;"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">خاورمیانه</span></span></span></span></a></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">فراهم ساخته است. هر دو کشور به دلایل مختلف تاریخی، ژئوپلیتیکی و حفظ منافع و امنیت ملی خود با گسترش حوزه نفوذ سیاسی، اقتصادی و نظامی جهان غرب در مناطق پیرامون خود مخالف هستند و نقش بسزایی در شکل‌گیری سوریه جدید دارند.این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی سرانجام یافته است.</span></span><br> &nbsp; &nbsp;With the onset of the political crisis in Syria, regional and transnational actors, based on their own interests, have adopted different orientations in relation to this country, which has a special geopolitical and geostrategic importance in the Middle East. Meanwhile, the role of actors such as Russia and the Islamic Republic of Iran is of great importance. The purpose of the present article is to study the position of Syria in regional politics of Iran and Russia using the theory of structural realism. The findings of the research show that Syria in the international equation of Russia; given the geopolitical and geostrategic situation of Syria, the long-standing and traditional relations of the Kremlin-Damascus, the existence of the Tartarus military base, the prevention of further Western influence in the region, the Russians&#39; distrust towards the West as to how to deal with the crisis Syria, fear of repeating the Libyan scenario in Syria, confrontation with America, economic considerations, the existence of military contracts with Syria, and the prevention of NATO expansion, has a special place. On the other hand, the Islamic Republic of Iran, with its continued support, pursues several vital goals such as preventing similar events in the Middle East aimed at preventing the development of the influence of the Israeli regime in the region, maintaining the Shiite coalition and maintaining the geopolitical balance of the region. As a result, the scene of Syrian developments has provided a favorable context for Iran&#39;s and Russia&#39;s shared points of view on international developments and the Middle East. Both countries disagree with the expansion of the political, economic and military domains of the Western world in their regions for historical, geopolitical and national interests and national security, and they play a significant role in the formation of new Syria.
