fa تبیین راهبردهای محورهای سه‌گانه داخلی، منطقه‌ایی و بین‌المللی در مناقشه‌ سوریه Explaining Internal, Regional, and International Trilateral Strategies in the Syrian Conflict تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research وقوع خیزشهای مردمی و عربی در اواخر 2010 و نفوذ این جنبشها از درعا وارد سوریه شد. با توجه به اینکه بحران سوریه، یک بحران سیاسی و امنیتی چندجانبه، پیچیده و بازیگران مختلف با اهداف متضاد و متعارض است، لذا هدف از نوشتن این مقاله تبیین دقیق موضوع، بازیگران دخیل را به سه سطح داخلی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی تقسیم می‌کند. هر بازیگر داخلی و حامی خارجی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی، آن دارای اهدافی هستند که حفظ و یا سقوط دولت بشار اسد هدف محوری سیاستهای راهبردی آنها است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی درصدد بررسی و تبیین راهبردهای محورهای سهگانه داخلی، منطقهایی و بین‌المللی  در مناقشه سوریه است.در بحران سوریه دو نگرش گوناگون دیده می‌شود. برخی از ناظران این بحران را در راستای جنبش‌های مردمی در خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا می‌دانند. در این نگاه سوریه همانند سایر کشوهای عربی و آفریقایی، گرفتار مشکلات سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. از منظر دیگر، بحران سوریه، معلول معادلات و تغییرات ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی است. لذا  مسائل داخلی و تغییرات نقش قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و معادلات بین‌المللی مسبب این چالش تاریخی است که هدف منطقهایی آن  جز تضعیف  محور مقاومت به رهبری  ایران و نقش روسیه در سوریه نیست. در بُعد داخلی این بحران تداوم خیزشهای مردمی است؛ پس باید آن کشور را آوردگاهی برای رقابت‌ها و سیاستهای راهبردی قدرت‌های منطقهایی و فرامنطقهایی و نیز چالشهای درونی-تاریخی دانست.   The occurrence of popular and Arab uprisings in late 2010 and the influence of these movements came from Deraa in Syria. Given that the Syrian crisis is a multifaceted, complex, and diverse political and security crisis with contradictory and conflicting goals, the goal of writing this article explains the exact issue of the actors involved in this conflict through three levels of national, regional, and international strategies. Each domestic actor and foreign, regional and international advocate claim that their goals are that the preservation or fall of the state of Bashar al-Assad is at the heart of their strategic policies. The present article aims to investigate and explain the strategies of internal, regional and international triangles in the Syrian conflict by descriptiveanalytical method. In the Syrian crisis, there are two different attitudes. Some observers consider the crisis to be in the midst of popular movements in the Middle East and North Africa. In this regard, Syria, like other Arab and African countries, faces political, social and economic problems. From another perspective, the Syrian crisis is due to regional and international geopolitical equations and changes. Conclusion: Therefore, internal issues and changes in the role of regional powers and international equilibrium are the result of this historic challenge whose regional purpose is not to weaken the axis of resistance to Iran’s leadership and the role of Russia in Syria. In the internal dimension of this crisis, the continuation of popular uprisings should be considered as a platform for the rivalries and strategic policies of regional and trans-national powers, as well as internal-historical challenges. مناقشه سوریه,جبهه مقاومت,رقابت‌های راهبردی.عوامل داخلی.
