fa تبیین سیاست خارجی آمریکا در مدیریت تحولات انقلابی- عربی: از سازه انگاری تا رویه ها و کنش های مبتنی بر معناهای بیرونی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify"><font class="brief">سیاست خارجی آمریکا در بحبوحه به وقوع پیوستن تحولات انقلابی عربی، در مسیری از ائتلاف تا یکجانبه گرایی رقم خورده است. اساساً اتخاذ این گونه استراتژی در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکا، از یک سو، مبتنی برمعناسازی نرم در منطقه خاورمیانه در قالب حرکت های ائتلافی و چندجانبه از جمله بسط صلح، امنیت و هنجارهای اخلاقی جهان شمول رخ می دهد و از طرف دیگر یکجانبه گرایی است که پارادوکس دیالکتیک کنترل اذهان عمومی را به منظور تداوم منافع مادی و بسط هژمونی در رفتار خارجی این کشور آشکار ساخته است. بدین گونه ایالات متحده به منظور مدیریت بر تحولات انقلابی عربی نیز این رویکرد دیالکتیکی را اتخاذ نموده است. حال سوالی که مطرح<br> می شود این است که اساساً این سبک مدیریت بر تحولات کنونی منطقه خاورمیانه را می توان صرفا با تکیه بر منابع داخلی شکل دهنده به هویت این کشور تبیین نمود؟ مقاله به این نتیجه می رسد که در کنار توجه به منابع معنایی داخلی شکل دهنده به سیاست خارجی دولت آمریکا، بایستی به واکاوی رویه ها و کنش هایی پرداخت که لزوماً ملهم از منابع معنایی داخلی این کشور نیز نیستند. این پژوهش به لحاظ روشی از یک روش کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل و توصیف و به لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات از منابع استنادی (کتابخانه ای) و مجازی استفاده خواهد کرد. </font></p> <p style="margin-left: 14.4pt text-align: justify">America&#39s foreign policy in the thick of happening of the revolutionary-Arabic transformations&nbsp; is marked&nbsp; in the route from the alliance to unilateralism. Basically, adopting this kind of strategy in foreign policy of the United States of America, on the one hand, is based on soft&nbsp; meaning-making&nbsp; in the Middle East, that occurs in the form of coalition and multilateral movements, including expansion of peace, security and universal moral norms and on the other hand, is unilateralism which has revealed dialectical paradox of control public opinion in order to continue material interests and expansion of&nbsp; hegemony in the conduct of its foreign behavior. Thus the United States has also adopted this dialectical approach in order to manage the revolutionary- Arabic changes. Now this question arises that basically this style of management on transformations in the Middle East can be explained by relying solely on internal resources shaping the identity of this country? This paper will conclude that in addition to the internal meaningful resources shaping the foreign policy of America, analysis of procedures and practices that does not necessarily derived from sources inside the country should also be considered.
