fa موانع تحکیم دموکراسی ترکیه(2002 تاکنون) «ماهیت سیاسی هیبریدی، رهبری اقتدارگرا و ساختار حزبی اولیگارشیک « تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research فرایند دموکراتیزاسیون و تحکیم دموکراسی ترکیه در طول بیش از یک قرن اخیر، با موانع&nbsp; مختلفی مانند دخالت نظامیان،ا پوزیسیونن اکارآمدو منفعل، عملکرد غیردموکراتیک و حامی پرور طریقت های مذهبی- سیاسی، شکاف های قومی و مذهبی، رهبران حکومتی اقتدارگرا، عملکرد ضعیف و گاهی جانبدارانۀ احزاب سیاسی،سیاست های متناقض بین المللی [فشارهای سیاسی-ملاحظات ایدئولوژیک اتحادیه اروپا و آمریکا]، روح زمانه [قدرت گیری نظام های سیاسی افراطی و حامی دیکتاتوریسم در نظام بین الملل]، تأثیرات اشاعه ای [تحولات منطقه ای] مواجه شده است که هر کدام در تضعیف و ناکامی فرایند دموکراتیزاسیون و تحکیم دموکراسی مؤثر بودند. پژوهش حاضر بر این مدعاست که موارد مذکور، هرچند در دورۀ حاکمیت حزب عدالت و توسعه همچنان جزو موانع تأثیرگذار&nbsp; متصل ِ چندلایه ای ِ محسوب می شوند، اما درصد تأثیرگذاری آنها به مراتب کاهش یافته است. در عوض،مانع جدید برهم، با عنوان &laquo;ماهیت سیاسی ترکیبی و چندرگه ای-شخصیت اقتدارگرای رهبری -ساختار حزبی متصلب و اولیگارشیک&raquo;، ظهور یافته است که می توانآن را به عنوان &laquo;تأثیرگذارترین مانع&raquo; تعبیر کرد. این مانع جدید، در اصل در ذات و بطن ً منطبق با روش ها یا مدل های حکومتی ترکیبی با عنوان &laquo;دموکراسی هیبریدی&raquo;&nbsp; عمل می کند که اساسا خود موانعی برای تحکیم دموکراسی دارند.محتوای پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش شناختی مبتنی بر منابع اسنادی (کتابخانه ای)، از حیث روش شناسانه و بر پایه روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و از لحاظ چارچوب نظری طبق مدل حکومتی هیبریدی تنظیم و تولید شده است.&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Abstract</strong><br> The process of democratization of Turkey over more than a century has been accompanied by various barriers, such as military intervention, inefficient and passive opposition, undemocratic performance and sponsor of the religious-political tariqa, ethnic and religious rifts, authoritarian government leaders, political parties&rsquo; poor and sometimes biased performance, contradictory international policies [political pressures, ideological considerations of the European :::union::: and the United States], the spirit of the time [the power of extreme political systems and the supporter of dictatorship in the international system], the proliferation effects of the region, each of which contributes to delaying in the &quot;consolidation of democracy&quot;. The result of the present study is that although the barriers still remain influential in the era of the AKP [<span dir="RTL">2002 </span>-present], their impact has declined substantially; thus, the new multilayer barrier , under the title &quot;The ambiguous and multi-faceted political nature-a structured party structure-the authoritarian leadership of the leadership&quot;. This new barrier has created its special container / templates under the titles of &quot;Delegative Democracy&quot; and &quot;Semi-authority&quot;, which have their own barriers to consolidating democracy.
