This paper aimed to investigate the role of participatory criminal policy in the prevention of cybercrime.  This paper, using different theories and analytical and documentary methods, has tried to investigate this important issue.  participatory criminal policy measures to make cyberspace healthy, various measures such as technical measures such as licensing technology and technologies regarding the authentication of persons (especially their age and gender) and various measures of non-technical nature such as education and promotion of digital literacy can be applied.An effective participatory criminal policy requires the use of all possible measures and proper weighting of these measures towards each other with the help of civil society and NGOs.Therefore, Iran's participatory criminal policy has considerable capacities, especially in the area of social and situational preventive measures by NGOs, but in Iranian law, more on situational measures and, of course, only one of these measures related to restricting access (refining) has been invested and emphasized, but in order to prevent the action of cybercrime, no tool can be as effective as "education".
