In this respect, Iran, too, has certain aspects of public and national culture resulting from the nation's historical experience in facing with its political events and phenomena. The culture that bring challenges about countries, especially the western countries with the U.S on top which follow their goals against Iran`s nuclear program by determining economic sanctions. This article, by contriving theoritical support based on relative exclusion and identity, is seeking to answer this question that, "in recent years, what has caused Iran to persist on the continuation of its nuclear program, despite the economic pressures resulting from the sanctions?" The present research is done by descriptive and analytical method and collecting data from library and documentary studies, including books, scholarly articles, and the internet.
