fa بررسی تغییرات سامانه نظم متأثر از تحولات خاورمیانه با تمرکز بر ژئوپلیتیک شیعه در سال 2011 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 5.35pt text-align: justify">پیروان مکتب فرانفکورت اگرچه مستقیماً در حوزه ژئوپلیتیک ورود پیدا نکردند، مباحث نظری آنان توانست دست‌مایه‌ای برای طرح‌ریزی ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی یا مقاومت شود. در این شکل نوین از مفهوم ژئوپلیتیک٬ تقابل با گفتمان رسمی و غالب مبنا قرار می‌گیرد. بر این اساس، می‌توان تلقی‌ای از ژئوپلیتیک ارائه داد که برخلاف نظریات مکان‌محور کلاسیک٬<span dir="LTR">‌</span> فضامحور باشند. بر اساس این قرائت، تز هلال شیعی که مبتنی بر مکان ارائه شده است، توسعه مفهومی می‌یابد و با محوریت &laquo;مقاومت&raquo;، قابلیت معنایی بیشتری در خاورمیانه خواهد داشت. تحولات منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا، از آنجا که مبتنی بر عامل &laquo;مقاومت&raquo; در مقابل هژمون ملّی و منطقه‌ای در ابعاد مختلف شکل گرفته است، باعث رشد کمی و کیفی این عامل در میان شیعیان شده است. این مسئله در کنار قرابت‌های گفتمانی مقاومت‌محور میان شیعیان و عامه، منجر به تغییر نظم منطقه‌ای شده است. این مقاله مبتنی بر فهم انتقادی از ژئوپلیتیک شیعه، در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که این تحولات چه اثری بر ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی شیعه گذارده و این اثر چه تغییراتی را در نظم منطقه‌ای حاصل نموده است. فرضیه مقاله بر این اساس استوار است که تحولات اخیر موجب رشد کمی و کیفی گفتمان مقاومت شده و نظم سیستمی منطقه خاورمیانه اعم از چهارچوب کارکردی، الگوهای رفتاری و سامان‌دهی الگوهای رفتاری در این منطقه را برهم زده است. چهارچوب مفهومی در نظر گرفته شده برای تأیید فرضیه، مبتنی بر نگرش سیستمی به مطالعات منطقه‌ای و همچنین ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی می‌باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">Although the followers of Frankfurt school didn&rsquo;t enter geopolitics domain directly, their theoretical subjects could lead to outline &ldquo;critical geopolitics or resistance&rdquo;. The basis of this new form of geopolitics concept is the confrontation with the official and dominant discourses . Accordingly, a perception of geopolitics concept can be proposed which is space-bound, as opposed to the classical place- centered theories. Based on this interpretation, the place-centered Shia Crescent thesis will be developed more conceptually and be more meaningful in the Middle East with an emphasis on &ldquo; resistance&rdquo;. Since the evolutions in the Middle East and the north of Africa have been formed based on &ldquo; resistance&rdquo; against national and regional hegemony in different aspects, they have caused a quantitative and qualitative growth of resistance among Shiites. This issue accompanied by resistance- centered discourse propinquities between Shiites and the public has led to changes in regional order. This article is based on critical understanding of the Shia geopolitics and intended to answer find an answer to &ldquo; what effects did these evolutions have on the Shia critical geopolitics and what changes did they cause in the regional order?&rdquo;. The hypothesis of this article is that the recent evolutions caused a quantitative and qualitative growth of resistance discourse and disruption of systematic order of the Middle East region including functional framework, behavioral patterns and organizing them in the region.
