fa نظریه مردم‌سالاری دینی اندیشه‌های سیاسی امام خامنه‌ای(مدظلّه‌العالی) Comparison of religious democracy of Imam Khamenei's political thoughts With participatory democracy تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقاله حاضر با تکیه بر اندیشه سیاسی نظریه مردمسالاری دینی، تهیه گردید. که در این رابطه، امام خامنهای مردمسالاری دینی را هدیه امام خمینی(ره) دانسته و در مقابل آن دموکراسی یکی از رژیمهایی تلقی میشد که در تقسیمبندی انواع حکومتهای یونان باستان مطرح بود و در اندیشه غربیها دموکراسی مشارکتی بهترین نوع دموکراسی، مطرح در جهان غرب است، که دیوید هلد در کتاب مدلهای دمکراسی، به آن پرداخته است. روش اجرای این تحقیق روش «مقایسهای»<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a> بوده و ابزار گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات، کتابهای ارزشمند در این زمینه و مقالههای موجود در کتابخانهها و سایتهای اینترنتی معتبر و نیز منابع و گزارشهای منتشر شده توسط مراکز تحقیقاتی و پژوهشی، بوده است. برای تعیین درجه اهمیت و اولویت‌بندی این مقایسه از معیارها و شاخص‌های مردمسالاری دینی برگرفته از اندیشههای مقام معظم رهبری با دموکراسی مشارکتی استفاده شده است. تلاش اصلی این پژوهش که هدف اصلی آن تبیین نظریه مردمسالاری دینی اندیشههای سیاسی امام خامنهای(مدظلّهالعالی)  با دموکراسی مشارکتی بود، واکاوی این مسئله است که مشخص گردد؛ آیا مابین مردمسالاری دینی و دموکراسی مشارکتی تفاوت، شباهت و یا تضاد وجود دارد، یا خیر؟ و یا اینکه میتوان شاخصهای برتری اندیشه مردمسالاری دینی مقام معظم رهبری را نسبت به دموکراسی مشارکتی را برشمرد؟ که در این زمینه، پس از بررسی پژوهشگران مشخص شد، که در نهایت مردمسالاری دینی بهطور کلی، از نظر مبانی و اصول پایهای و محتوایی و با وجود دارا بودن فاکتور ویژهای مانند خدامحوری، در تضاد با دموکراسی مشارکتی که محور اصلی آن بر انسانمحوری استوار است، میباشد. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> - روش مقایسهای راهی برای استنباط علمی (توصیفی یا علّی) از طریق مقایسه نظاممند تفاوتهای پدیدههای اجتماعی و سیاسی با یکدیگر است. لذا روش مقایسهای یکی از قدیمیترین روشهای تحقیق در علوم سیاسی به شمار میرود، به طوریکه ارسطو در کتاب «سیاست»، برای تفکیک حکومتها از این روش بهره برده است (منوچهری، 1396: 255-254). </div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> The present article was prepared based on the political thought of the theory of religious democracy. In this regard, Imam Khamenei considered religious democracy as a gift of Imam Khomeini, and in contrast, democracy was considered one of the regimes in the division of various types of ancient Greek governments, and in Western thought, participatory democracy is the best kind of democracy. It is prominent in the Western world, which is addressed by David Held in his book Models of Democracy. The method of conducting this research was "comparative" and the data collection tool was valuable books in this field and articles available in libraries and reputable websites, as well as sources and reports published by research centers. Is. To determine the degree of importance and prioritization of this comparison, the criteria and indicators of religious democracy based on the ideas of the Supreme Leader with participatory democracy have been used. The main purpose of this study, the main purpose of which was to explain the comparison of religious democracy of Imam Khamenei's political ideas with participatory democracy, is to investigate this issue to determine; Is there a difference, similarity or contradiction between religious democracy and participatory democracy? Or can we count the indicators of the superiority of the Supreme Leader's idea of religious democracy over participatory democracy?
