fa حاکمیت قانون و پیامدهای حقوقی حکمرانی خوب در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research حکمرانی خوب از جمله موضوعاتی است که در دو دهه اخیر توجه محافل علمی و بین‌المللی جهان را به خود معطوف نموده است. نخستین گزاره در نظریه حکمرانی این است که تنها مردم یک کشور می‌توانند برای توسعه نسخه بنویسند و هیچ تجویزی بدون در نظر گرفتن شرایط بومی، تاریخی و اجتماعی جامعه مفید نخواهد بود، کوچک‌سازی دولت در رویکرد حکمرانی خوب به توانمند سازی دولت تبدیل شده است و همچنین اداره دولت از روش مدیریت عمومی به حکمرانی عمومی متحول گردیده است. شاخص های حکمرانی خوب عبارتند از: کرامت انسانی، مسئولیت پذیری، پاسخگویی، نظارت و کنترل پذیری، امنیت، عدالت محوری و برابری و مشارکت، در این مقاله با مروری بر ادبیات و پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه حکمرانی خوب که در طی آن ضمن نگاهی گذرا بر وضعیت حکمرانی خوب در ایران، به بررسی آخرین وضعیت ایران طبق آمارهای سازمان ملل در این زمینه می‌پردازیم. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که الگوی حکمرانی خوب به دنبال نقش حداقلی دولت و توانمندسازی نهادهای مدنی و بخش خصوصی می‌باشد. در این راستا بر رفتار تعاملی سه بخش دولت، نهادهای مدنی و بخش خصوصی تأکید می‌شود و معتقد است دولت باید نقش هماهنگ‌کننده و تنظیم‌گر خود را تقویت نموده و به‌جای تصدی‌گری به تنظیم و تسهیل روابط بپردازد.<span dir="LTR"></span> Good governance is one of the topics that has attracted the attention of scientific and international circles in the last two decades.
