fa تحلیل حضور آمریکا در آسیا از منظر حقوق همبستگی بررسی حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین در پاکستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; بین‌المللی شدن حمایت از حقوق بشر باعث تأکید بر همبستگی متقابل جهانی در قالب حقوق همبستگی گردیده است. تحقق اصول حقوق همبستگی، مستلزم تلاش‌</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">عوامل زندگی اجتماعی‌ جهت تحلیل و امحاء ریشه‌های نقض حقوق قربانیان می‌باشد. آمریکا به عنوان یکی از مدعیان حقوق بشر معتقد است همواره از حملات پهبادها در جهت تحقق حقوق بشر بهره برده است؛ چرا که این حملات منجر به تضعیف تروریسم می گردد. حال سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که هدف اصلی آمریکا در استفاده از پهپاد در پاکستان چیست؟ و اینکه آیا این حملات موجب حفظ و تقویت حقوق همبستگی در منطقه و بویژه در پاکستان شده است؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند بر خلاف ادعای آمریکا حملات تروریستی در پاکستان، همگام با افزایش حمله پهپادها، فزونی گرفته‌اند و ملاحظات سیاسی و نظامی نظیر جاسوسی از مناطق استراتژیک در منطقه آسیای جنوب غربی، به روز نمودن فناوری‌های جنگی پهپادها در حوزه عملیاتی فتا و تقویت حضور نظامی، از اصلی‌ترین راهبردهای آمریکا در استفاده از پهبادهاست. لذا مادامی که این استراتژی‌ها اهمیت خود را حفظ نمایند نقض حقوق همبستگی در ارتباط با ساکنان منطقه فتا ادامه خواهد داشت. رویکرد تحقیق حاضر، تحلیلی، نوع آن، توسعه‌ای- نظری، شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها کیفی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، اسنادی است.</span></span> The internationalization of human rights advocacy has emphasized global solidarity in the form of solidarity rights. The realization of the principles of solidarity law requires the efforts of the factors of social life to analyze and eliminate the roots of the violation of the rights of victims. The United States, as one of the claimants of human rights, believes that it has always used drone strikes to achieve human rights; Because these attacks lead to the weakening of terrorism. Now the main question of the research is what is the main goal of the United States in using UAVs in Pakistan? And whether these attacks have maintained and strengthened the rights of solidarity in the region, especially in Pakistan? Contrary to US claims, the findings show that terrorist attacks in Pakistan have increased as drone strikes increase, and political and military considerations such as spying on strategic areas in Southwest Asia, updating drone combat technologies in the FATA area and strengthening the military presence. Is one of the main American strategies in using drones. Therefore, as long as these strategies remain important, violations of the rights of solidarity with the residents of the FATA region will continue.
