fa ارائه چارجوبی ادراکی از رویکرد ج.ا.ایران نسبت به نظام بین المللی خلع سلاح در پرتو دیپلماسی دفاعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">امنیت، مهم‌ترین هدف و دغدغه هر دولت به شمار می آید که در صورت فقدان آن، ترقی و پیشرفت در یک جامعه حاصل نخواهد شد. در واقع، جهش و تکامل جامعه بدون نظرداشت امنیت، امکان پذیر نخواهد بود. در این ارتباط، اساسی‌ترین بعد امنیت، امنیت نظامی است، برای تأمین این قسم از امنیت، برخورداری کشور از یک راهبرد دفاعی مناسب و مدون، شرط محوری محسوب می‌شود. لذا یکی از اجزای اصلی راهبرد دفاعی کارآمد، بهره مندی کشور از توانمندی‌های نظامی- تسلیحاتی پیشرفته و بازدارنده، در جهت تأمین امنیت و منافع ملی است. یکی از مواردی که می‌تواند در راستای امنیت بین‌المللی موثر واقع شود، بحث خلع سلاح و کنترل تسلیحات است؛ اما از آنجا که در عرصه بین‌المللی، عمدتاً معاهدات مرتبط با خلع سلاح و کنترل تسلیحات، توسط قدرت‌های جهانی و در راستای منافع ملی آن‌ها شکل گرفته است، ضروری است معاهدات مذکور از دریچه&shy;ی نقادانه نگریسته شود. بدین منظور، ج.ا.ایران به عنوان یک بازیگر فعال منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای، با عنایت به اهمیت خلع سلاح و کنترل تسلیحات در راستای تأمین امنیت و منافع ملی، تلاش نموده است تا در روندهای بین‌المللی به صورت فعالانه شرکت نماید تا نه تنها از وضع قوانین نابرابر جلوگیری نماید بلکه بستر لازم و مساعد را جهت تحقق منافع کشور فراهم آورد. یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که ج.ا.ایران به واسطه اصول ارزشی، مکتبی و معتقدات اسلامی- ایرانی، منابع و اسناد بالادستی، راهبرد دفاعی خود را بر مبنای بازدارندگی متعارف تنظیم نموده است. لذا ج.ا.ایران در این راستا، هرگونه تولید و بکارگیری سلاح‌های کشتار جمعی (هسته‌ای، شیمیایی و میکروبی) را مطرود دانسته و اقتدار نظامی خود را بر ارتقاء توانمندی ‌های نظامی متعارف با رویکرد تدافعی استوار نموده است.</span></span> Security is the most important goal and concern of any government, without which there will be no progress and development in a society. Therefore, one of the main components of an effective defense strategy is for the country to benefit from advanced and deterrent military-weapons capabilities in order to ensure national security and interests. One of the issues that can be effective in the direction of international security is the issue of disarmament and arms control; However, since in the international arena, treaties relating to disarmament and arms control have been developed by world powers in the national interest, it is essential that these treaties be viewed from a critical perspective. To this end, the Islamic Republic of Iran, as an active regional and trans-regional actor, considering the importance of disarmament and arms control in order to ensure security and national interests, has tried to actively participate in international processes, not only from To prevent the unequal enactment of laws, but to provide the necessary and favorable environment for the realization of the country&#39;s interests. Findings of the article show that the Islamic Republic of Iran has adjusted its defense strategy based on conventional deterrence due to its values, scholastic principles and Islamic-Iranian beliefs, upstream sources and documents.
