fa دیپلماسی علمی به‌مثابه قدرت نرم: از تجارب جهانی تا الگوی بومی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research امروزه دیپلماسی علمی جایگاه مهمی بین کشورهای جهان پیدا کرده و مخصوصاً کشورهای مدعی رهبری جهانی به‌صورت فزاینده از ظرفیت آن در جهت افزایش قدرت نرم و افزایش نفوذ خود در جوامع هدف استفاده می‌کنند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز کمابیش به این مسئله اهتمام داشته است، اما با توجه به فقدان یک الگوی جامع و مؤثر برای دیپلماسی علمی ایران در این پژوهش تلاش شده است با روش تحلیلی-توصیفی تجارب و دستاوردهای نظری و عملی جهانی مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گیرد و گامی کوچک و ابتدایی در راستای حرکت به سمت الگوی مطلوب اسلامی-ایرانی دیپلماسی علمی برداشته شود. این پژوهش ضمن بررسی تعاریف موجود دیپلماسی علمی، به رویکردها، حوزه‌ها و ابعاد آن می‌پردازد و تجربه عملی کشورهای منتخب را در دیپلماسی علمی بیان می‌کند. در پاسخ به سؤال اصلی پژوهش یعنی &laquo;در الگوی مطلوب اسلامی-ایرانی دیپلماسی علمی چگونه به افزایش قدرت نرم کشور می‌انجامد؟&raquo; با بهره‌گیری از تجارب جهانی و مبانی و اصول اسلامی-ایرانی می‌توان شش بعد را برای این الگو برشمرد و آن را از این حیث بررسی کرد: هدف، رویکرد، محتوا، ابراز، مخاطب و کنشگر. این شش بعد به ابعاد و حوزه‌های مختلف دیپلماسی علمی قابل تسری است. الگوی مطلوب دیپلماسی علمی و ابعاد شش‌گانه آن را می‌توان به‌صورت یک منظومه ترسیم کرد. منظومه‌ای که هدف نهایی آن اقامه قسط و تزکیه مسلمانان و مردم جهان از طریق تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی و سلطه حق بوده و سایر اجزای آن در ذیل این هدف کلی قرار می‌گیرند و عمل می‌کنند. Today, Science Diplomacy has found an important place among the world countries, and especially the countries claiming world leadership are increasingly using its capacity to increase their soft power and influence in the target societies<span dir="RTL">.</span> The Islamic Republic of Iran has also been more or less concerned with this issue, but due to the lack of a comprehensive and effective model for Science Diplomacy in Iran, in this research, an attempt has been made to review the global theoretical and practical achievements and experiences by analytical-descriptive method and to take a small and elementary step in the direction of moving towards the desired Islamic-Iranian pattern of Science Diplomacy. This research, while examining the existing definitions of Science Diplomacy, deals with its approaches, areas and dimensions and expresses the practical experience of selected countries in Science Diplomacy<span dir="RTL">.</span> In response to the main research question, namely, &ldquo;How does Science Diplomacy in the desired Islamic-Iranian pattern lead to an increase in the soft power of the country?&rdquo; using global experiences and Islamic-Iranian principles, we can enumerate six dimensions for this pattern and examine it in this regard: purpose, approach, content, expression, audience and operator. These six dimensions can be extended to different dimensions and areas of Science Diplomacy.
