fa پیچیدگی سیاست خارجی در خاورمیانه، ارتقاء در نظم آشوب تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی وضعیت پیچیدگی سیاست در خاورمیانه و راهکارهای ارتقاء بازیگران در عرصه سیاست خارجی است. از این منظر، مهم ترین هدف، ارائه دو رویکرد مختلف، اما به هم پیوسته است؛ اول اینکه منطقه خاورمیانه چگونه در یک وضعیت آشوب و چندگانگی به سر می برد و دوم، ارائه راه&shy;حل برای همکاری بازیگران سیاسی در وضعیت پیچیده سیاسی و مذهبی است. بنابراین سؤالی که پژوهش حاضر مطرح می کند این است: راهکارهای ارتقای رفتار بازیگران در عرصه سیاست خارجی در منطقه خاورمیانه کدام است؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که ارتقاء در نظم آشوب و پیچیده نیازمند درک سیستمی از تهدیدات و فرصت های موجود در آن منطقه است. به طور مشخث خاورمیانه از تهدیداتی نظیر تروریسم شبکه ای و پیچیده&nbsp; و همچنین دخالت قدرت های فرامنطقه ای رنج می برد که هر یک از این تهدیدات خطری برای حیات کشورهای مختلف منطقه هستند. به علاوه، بخش مهمی از تهدیدات نه ذاتی منطقه، بلکه ساختگی و حاصل دخالت قدرت های فرامنطقه ای نظیر ایالات متحده است. با درک این تهدیدات و ایجاد فرصتی برای مقابله با تروریسم شبکه ای و همچنین اجماع بر سر مسائلی از جمله استفاده از موقعیت جغرافیایی منطقه و همچنین انرژی های موجود در آن می توان راهی برای ارتقای بازیگران از طریق سیاست خارجی پدید آورد. </span></span> The present study seeks to examine the complexity of politics in the Middle East and strategies for promoting actors in the field of foreign policy. From this perspective, the most important goal is to offer two different, but interconnected, approaches; The first is how the Middle East region is in a state of turmoil and multiplicity, and the second is to provide solutions for the cooperation of political actors in a complex political and religious situation. Therefore, the question posed by the present study is: What are the strategies to promote the behavior of actors in the field of foreign policy in the Middle East? Findings show that promotion in a chaotic and complex order requires a systematic understanding of the threats and opportunities in that area. In particular, the Middle East suffers from threats such as complex and network terrorism, as well as the involvement of supra-regional powers, each of which is a threat to the lives of various countries in the region. In addition, an important part of the threats is not inherent in the region, but is fabricated and the result of the intervention of supra-regional powers such as the United States.
