fa بررسی تاثیر بندر چابهار بر نظم امنیتی منطقه اقیانوس هند Investigating the impact of Chabahar port on the security order of the Indian Ocean region تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف این مقاله بررسی نقش بندر چابهار بر نظم امنیتی منطقه اقیانوس هند می باشد. بندر چابهار به طور مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم در مسیر چندین شاهراه مهم بینالمللی واقع شده‌است و قابلیت تبدیل شدن به یکی از راهبردی ترین موقعیتهای ترانزیتی را دارد. این بندر عضو دو سازه منطقه‌ای یعنی سازه دریای عمان و سازه اقیانوس هند است و میتواند به سه قاره آفریقا، آسیا و اقیانوسیه ارتباط برقرار کند بندر چابهار دارای ظرفیت بالایی در شکل دهی به نظم امنیتی حاکم بر منطقه اقیانوس هند میباشد که امنیت بازیگران این حوزه بخصوص در بعد امنیت اقتصادی را متاثر ساخته است. لذا این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال هست که بندر چابهار چه تاثیری بر نظم امنیتی منطقه اقیانوس هند خواهد داشت؟  یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که وابستگی اقتصادی هند و چین و نیز حضور آمریکا و سایر کشورهای منطقه‌ای سبب شده‌است که مقوله امنیت در اقیانوس هند از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار شود. رشد اقتصادی چین و هند در سالهای اخیر مرهون تبادلات تجاری و اقتصادی در اقیانوس هند است. با توجه به شکل گیری الگوهای سنتی دوستی و دشمنی و نیز اهمیت استراتژیک بندر چابهار، این بندر نقش مهمی در معادلات نظم امنیتی منطقه‌ای اقیانوس هند ایفاء نموده است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه‌ای-اسنادی انجام شده است.   The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of Chabahar port on the security order of the Indian Ocean region. Chabahar port is located directly or indirectly on the path of several important international highways and has the ability to become one of the most strategic transit positions. This port is a member of two regional structures, the Oman Sea structure and the Indian Ocean structure, and can connect to the three continents of Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. It has especially affected economic security. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the question, what effect will Chabahar port have on the security order of the Indian Ocean region? The findings of the research show that the economic dependence of India and China, as well as the presence of the United States and other regional countries, has caused the security category in the Indian Ocean to become more important. The economic growth of China and India in recent years is due to trade and economic exchanges in the Indian Ocean. Due to the formation of traditional patterns of friendship and enmity as well as the strategic importance of Chabahar port, this port has played an important role in the equations of the regional security order of the Indian Ocean.
