fa دیپلماسی علمی و فناوری و توسعه سیاسی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">امروزه علم و فناوری یک اصل اساسی برای کشورها به شمار رفته و جوامع به دنبال دستیابی به دانش از راه&shy;های مختلف هستند. این پژوهش به دنبال نشان دادن این موضوع است که دیپلماسی علمی و فناوری یک ضرورتِ قابل اجماع و نهادساز در توسعه سیاسی است و بخشی&nbsp; از فرآیند توسعه سیاسی داخلی یک کشور به واسطه تحقق سیاست خارجی از دریچه مبادلات و مراودات علمی محقق می&shy;شود. برای این منظور، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال یافتن پاسخ&shy;های قابل اثبات و دلالت&shy;های آشکار نقش دیپلماسی علمی و فناوری در توسعه سیاسی است. به این معنی که دیپلماسی علمی و فناوری با پذیرش و تبادل دانشجویان خارجی، همکاری&shy;های بین&shy;المللی دانشگاهی و برقراری روابط علمی و تعامل و همکاری پژوهشگران با یکدیگر در عرصه جهانی از طریق فرصت&shy;های مطالعاتی، طرح&shy;های پژوهشی مشترک، کنفرانس&shy;ها و مقالات مشترک، زمینه اجماع و همبستگیِ بیشتر داخلی بر سر نهادسازی علمی و کاهش کشمکش&shy;ها را به صورت طرحی نظری را فراهم می&shy;کند. روش گردآوری داده&shy;ها مبتنی بر روش اسنادی، راهبرد پژوهش بر مبنای قیاسی، روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها بر اساس روش توصیفی-تبیینی و ملهم از چارچوب نظری متناظر با دیپلماسی علمی و فناوری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Today, science and technology are considered a basic principle for countries and societies seek to acquire knowledge in different ways. This research seeks to show that scientific and technological diplomacy is a consensus-building and institution-building necessity in political development, and a part of the internal political development process of a country is achieved through the realization of foreign policy through scientific exchanges and exchanges. For this purpose, the current research seeks to find provable answers and clear indications of the role of scientific and technological diplomacy in political development. This means that scientific and technological diplomacy with the acceptance and exchange of foreign students, international academic cooperation and establishment of scientific relations and interaction and cooperation of researchers with each other in the global arena through study opportunities, joint research projects, conferences and joint articles, the field of consensus and solidarity Most of the interior provides a theoretical plan on scientific institutionalization and reduction of conflicts.
