fa بررسی تاثیر حکمرانی خوب بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای اسلامی منتخب و کشورهای صنعتی: رویکرد GMM Investigating the impact of good governance on economic growth in selected Islamic countries and industrialized countries: GMM approach تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research حکمرانی خوب یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای موثر بر رشد اقتصادی در جهان امروز است. بدون وجود ثبات سیاسی، قوانین و مقررات مناسب، آزادی بیان، کاهش سطح فساد و همچنین اثربخشی سیاستهای دولت، رسیدن به سطوح بالای توسعه بسیار سخت و گاهی حتی غیرممکن است. با توجه به شرایط حکمرانی در کشورهای اسلامی در این مطالعه اثرات شاخصهای حکمرانی خوب بر رشد اقتصادی را طی دوره زمانی 2020-1996 با رویکرد رگرسیون چندکی در کشورهای منتخب اسلامی شامل ایران، عربستان، عراق، ترکیه، امارات، قطر، پاکستان، مالزی، اندونزی و 5 کشور صنعتی روسیه، انگلستان، فرانسه، امریکا، چین، کرهجنوبی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت و یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد که در بین شاخصهای حکمرانی خوب، شاخص حق اظهـار نظـر و پاسـخگـویی، شـاخص ثبـات سیاسـی، شـاخص کارآیی و اثربخشی دولت وشـاخص حاکمیـت قانون اثر مثبت و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای مورد مطالعه داشته است. شاخص کنترل فساد نیز اثر منفی و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی داشته است. همچنین براساس سایر نتایج این مطالعه، تجارت خارجی، سرمایه انسانی و تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص نیز اثر مثبت و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی داشتهاند.   Good governance is one of the most important indicators of economic growth in today's world. Without political stability, proper laws and regulations, freedom of speech, reduction of corruption level and effectiveness of government policies, reaching high levels of development is very difficult and sometimes even impossible. Considering the conditions of governance in Islamic countries, in this study, the effects of good governance indicators on economic growth during the period of 1996-2020 with the quantile regression approach It was investigated and analyzed in selected Islamic countries including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia and 5 industrialized countries Russia, England, France, America, China, South Korea. And the findings of this study showed that among the indicators of good governance, the index of the right to express opinion and answer, the index of political stability, the index of efficiency and effectiveness of the government and the index of the rule of law have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the countries under consideration. has studied Corruption control index also had a negative and significant effect on economic growth.
