fa راهبرد کنش امنیتی بازیگران خلیج فارس بر اهداف قدرت های فرا منطقه ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">چکیده</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">کاربست کنش امنیتی از سوی دولت های خلیج فارس با توجه به گذشته و آینده منطقه از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می باشد.نوع نگرش کشورهای منطقه خلیج فارس به برداشت امنیت و کارکردهای متناسب با آن زمینه ای را فراهم نموده است تا بازیگران منطقه ای بصورت فردی و جمعی به دنبال اهداف امنیتی خاصی حرکت نمایند.با توجه به موضوع اصلی پژوهش این سئوال مطرح می شود که کاربست امنیت درونزای کشورهای خلیج فارس چه تاثیری بر اهداف قدرت های فرا منطقه ای دارد؟ و فرضیه اصلی بر اینست که بکارگیری استراتژی امنیت درونزا در میان بازیگران منطقه خلیج فارس می تواند زمینه همگرایی و تعامل را با توجه به پتانسیل های سیاسی و اقتصادی در منطقه فراهم نماید و پروژه امنیت سازی قدرت های بزرگ را تضعیف نماید. <b>&nbsp;</b>چارچوب نظری پژوهش، مبتنی بر نطریه امنیت منطقه ای و روش تحقیق نیز از نوع روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و&nbsp; بهره&shy;گیری از منابع اسنادی&nbsp; و کتابخانه&shy;ای است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Abstract</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The application of security action by the governments of the Persian Gulf is of great importance considering the past and the future of the region. The type of attitude of the countries of the Persian Gulf region towards the perception of security and the corresponding functions has provided a basis for regional actors individually and Collectively move towards specific security goals. According to the main topic of the research, this question is raised, what effect does the application of the endogenous security of the Persian Gulf countries have on the goals of the trans-regional powers? And the main hypothesis is that the application of the endogenous security strategy among the actors of the Persian Gulf region can provide the ground for convergence and interaction according to the political and economic potentials in the region and weaken the security project of the great powers.
