fa پیامدهای ظهور داعش بر ژئوپولتیک خاورمیانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">بهار عربی و پیامدهای آن به‌ویژه در سوریه و جنگ داخلی این کشور، چیدمان و صف‌بندی‌های سیاسی منطقه‌ای و فرا‌منطقه‌ای را دستخوش تغییرات بنیادین کرده است. یکی از جلوه‌های بارز این تحولات، تعمیق شکاف‌های قومی و مذهبی در خاورمیانه است که به صف‌بندی‌های تازه کنشگران ملی و فروملی منجر شده است. از جمله کنشگران فعال و مؤثر در این تحولات، گروه‌های فروملی قومی ـ مذهبی در کشورهای منطقه به‌ویژه عراق و سوریه هستند. بنیادگرایان اسلام‌گرا و گروه‌های تروریستی چون داعش در کنار گروه‌های قومی (کُردها) سیر تحولات سیاسی و ژئوپلیتیکی در عراق و سوریه را به‌شدت دستخوش تغییر کرده‌اند. تحلیل صف‌بندی‌های جدید کنشگران در قالب سه هلال سُنی، شیعی و کُردی و پیامدهای ژئوپلیتیکی این تحولات، خاورمیانه را با بحرانی‌ترین مقطع تاریخی خود پس از جنگ جهانی اول روبه‌رو کرده است. برای نخستین بار، ژئوپلیتیک و نظم موجود وستفالیایی در خاورمیانه پس از گذشت یک قرن، با سیطره داعش بر بخش‌هایی از عراق و سوریه دستخوش تغییر شده است. در این مقاله تلاش شده با روشی تحلیلی ـ توصیفی برخی از جنبه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی این تحولات و پیامدهای آن مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.</p> <p align="right" dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Arabic Spring and its consequences, particularly in Syria and later its civil war, has led to fundamental changes in political layouts and alignments in the region and beyond it. One of the main effects of these developments is the deepening of the ethnic and religious divisions in the Middle East and consequently new alignments of national and subnational actors. Subnational ethnic-religious groups in the region, especially in Iraq and Syria are the most active and effective actors. Islamist fundamentalists and terrorist groups such as ISIS along with ethnic groups (Kurds) have greatly changed political and geopolitical developments in Iraq and Syria. Analysis of the new alignments in the framework of three Sunni, Shi&rsquo;a and Kurdish crescents and geopolitical consequences of these developments, has faced the world with the most critical milestone in the Middle East history especially after World War I. After a century, for the first time, Middle East&rsquo;s geopolitics and existing Westphalian order changed because of Islamic fundamental domination over some parts of Iraq and Syria.
