fa تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر حقوق سیاسی اشخاص ، مطالعه موردی ایران و چین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هوش مصنوعی به‌طور فزاینده‌ای در حال تغییر ساختارهای حقوقی و سیاسی در سراسر جهان هستند. مقاله به بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر حقوق و سیاست در دو کشور ایران و چین با استفاده از روش مطالعه تطبیقی پرداخته است. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که چگونه فناوری‌هایی مانند هوش مصنوعی، بلاکچین و اینترنت اشیا، نظام‌های حقوقی و سیاسی این دو کشور را تحت تأثیر قرار داده‌اند. در ایران<a name="_Hlk191949827">،</a> قوانینی مانند قانون جرایم رایانه‌ای و قانون تجارت الکترونیکی تلاش کرده‌اند تا چارچوب حقوقی برای فعالیت‌های دیجیتال فراهم کنند. در چین، قوانینی مانند قانون امنیت سایبری و قانون حفاظت از اطلاعات شخصی، به دولت اجازه می‌دهد تا کنترل بیشتری بر فضای سایبری داشته باشد. بررسی &nbsp;تطبیقی قوانین موجود دو کشورگویای آن است که تحولات فناورانه نیازمند توجه به ابعاد اخلاقی، اجتماعی و حقوقی است .</span></span></span> Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing legal and political structures around the world. This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on law and politics in Iran and China using a comparative study method. The study shows how technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things have affected the legal and political systems of these two countries. In Iran, laws such as the Computer Crime Law and the E-Commerce Law have attempted to provide a legal framework for digital activities. In China, laws such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law allow the government to have greater control over cyberspace.
