fa بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل واگرای اثر گذار در روابط ایران و کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">با نگاهی ژئوپلیتیکی به مسائل ایران و کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی آن، مشخص می‌شود که هر اقدامی در ایران، به‌مثابه کانون مذهب شیعه، کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی را که به حوزه نفوذ ایران تعلق دارند، متأثر می‌کند. با شناخت بیشتر عوامل اثر گذار در این حوزه، ایران &nbsp;می‌تواند توجه بیشتری را در رفع امور و مسائل موجود در کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی داشته باشد.</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> اما فضای سرزمینی ایران خود به فراخور جغرافیا و تاریخ پیچیده آن، دربردارنده‌ی مسائل گوناگون ژئوپلیتیکی است که می‌تواند در روابط ایران با کشورهای پیرامونی، تأثیرگذار باشد . بررسی و مطالعه‌ی دقیق این مسائل، یکی از ضروریات جهت مناسبات پایدار و سازنده با همسایگان اسلامی است.زیرا بنا بر حدیث امام صادق(ع) که به نقل از پیامبر اکرم می‌فرمایند:</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">&laquo;مَن اَصبَحَ وَ لَم یَهتَمَّ بِاُمورِ المُسلِمینَ فَلَیسَ بِمُسلِم&raquo;؛ که جوهره‌ی اصلی این حدیث اشاره دارد به اینکه انسان نسبت به بشریّت مسئول است .در این راستا، تحقیق حاضر با اتخاذ یک رویکرد علمی در استفاده از دیدگاههای نظری در زمینه‌ی عوامل اثر گذار بین کشورها به بررسی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی واگرای اثر گذار در روابط ایران و کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی پرداخته که بصورت ترکیبی، یعنی توصیفی </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> تحلیلی و پیمایشی و با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی از طریق پرسشنامه و تکنیک </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">MCDM</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> (از نوع)</span></span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">AHP</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">در صدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که، مهم‌ترین عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی واگرای اثرگذار در گسترش نفوذ ایران در کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی بر حسب اولویت کدامند؟</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">در نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، مجموعاً 11 عامل واگرا شناسایی شده و در اولویت بندی آنها در زمینه‌ی ایجاد تنش نیز، عامل </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">A8&quot;</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">(تعارضات ایدئولوژیک)&quot; به عنوان مهمترین عامل واگرا بین ایران و کشورهای اسلامی پیرامونی در اولویت اول قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; With a geopolitical look at the issues of Iran and the surrounding Islamic countries, it is clear that any action in Iran, as a center of Shiite religion, affects the Islamic countries of the neighborhood, which are part of the Iranian sphere of influence. By having more knowledge about the influential factors in this area, Iran can pay more attention to coping with issues and solving problems in the neighbor Islamic countries. However, the territory of Iran, according to its geography and complex history, encompasses various geopolitical issues that could affect Iran&#39;s relations with the neighbor countries. The close study of these issues is one of the essential requirements for sustainable and constructive relationship with the Islamic neighbors. Because, according to Imam Sadiq&rsquo;s (as) quote, &lsquo;man is responsible for humanity&rsquo;. In this regard, the present study adopting a scientific approach in using theoretical perspectives on the factors affecting relations between countries, attempts to study the geopolitical and divergent factors influencing the relations between Iran and the neighbor Islamic countries.
