fa مؤلفه‌های حقوق شهروندی از دیدگاه امام‌علی(ع) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">امروزه توجه به حقوق شهروندان از زوایای مختلف، محل توجه بسیاری از اندیشمندان، دولتمردان و محافل جهانی است. تحقق این امر در اندیشه و سیره عملی امام‌علی(ع) به‌عنوان آموزه‌های اصیل اندیشۀ اسلامی، از اهداف و خط‌مشی‌های اصلی حکومت آن حضرت، و در راستای احترام به شخصیت انسان و &laquo;کرامت انسانی&raquo; بوده است. اقتضای کرامت انسانی، حقوق و تکالیفی را برای نظام سیاسی و شهروندان به همراه دارد، زیرا حقوقی که ایشان برای شهروند در نظر می‌گیرند، &laquo;انسان&raquo;‌محور بوده و از مسیر جامعه و شهر، پی‌گرفتنی است. از این منظر، فرد با قرارگیری در جایگاه واقعی خود در جامعه می‌تواند در مسیر تکامل و تعالی دنیوی و بالطبع اخروی، حرکت کند. برای فهم حقوق شهروندی از دیدگاه امام‌علی(ع)، نیازمند پاسخ به چیستی و رسیدن به تعریفی منسجم از حقوق شهروندی هستیم. مقالۀ حاضر بر مبنای سیرۀ نظری و عملی امام‌علی(ع)، به تبیین مؤلفه‌های حقوق شهروندی می‌پردازد و می‌کوشد با تعمق در منابع دینی، برداشتی متناسب با فهم تاریخی و استنباط‌های برگرفته از آیات و روایات ارائه دهد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله، تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که براساس معیار هویت انسانی، همۀ شهروندان فارغ از هر نوع ملاکی ازجمله نژاد، رنگ، مذهب، موقعیت و جایگاه، از مجموعه‌ای از حقوق بنیادین و راهبردی شامل آزادی، عدالت، برابری، تقدم اکثریت بر اقلیت و ... برخوردار می‌شوند.</p> <p style="margin-left: -0.05pt text-align: justify">Nowadays, attention to the rights of citizens from different perspectives has been noteworthy for many scholars, statesmen and international circles.Realization of this in thought and character of Imam Ali (PBUH)as the original teachings of Islamic thought,is one of the objectives and main policies of his government and also in respect for the human personality and &quot;human dignity&quot;.Human dignity brings some rights and duties for the political system and the citizens because the rights which he considers for citizens are human-centered and from the community and the city, can be followed. In this respect, placed in its rightful place in the community, people can move on route evolution and sublimation worldly and naturally otherworldly. To understand the civil rights of Imam Ali (PBUH), we need an answer to what we are and an orderly definition of citizenship. This article, based on theoretical and practical methodology of Imam Ali (PBUH)and by explaining the components of civil rights and meditating on religious sources tries to offer perceptions and inferences drawn in accordance with the historical understanding of the verses and narratives. The method in this paper, qualitative content analysis.
