fa دموکراسی یا اقتدارگرایی: ناکامی سیاسی اخوان‌المسلمین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 14.4pt text-align: justify">جامعۀ استبدادزدۀ مصر، پس از سال‌ها، چشم امید به دستاوردهای انقلاب سال 2011 برای اصلاح دوخته بود؛ اما اولین رئیس‌جمهور غیرنظامی پیش از پایان دورۀ قانونی‌اش، توسط ارتش سرنگون شد. رهبران اخوان در جایگاه پیروز انتخابات پارلمانی و ریاست‌جمهوری، تمام نگاه‌ها را به خود جلب کردند؛ به‌طوری‌که هر اقدام و کنش اخوان‌المسلمین با وسواس عجیبی بررسی می‌شد. سوای ناکارآمدی در عرصه‌های سیاسی و اقتصادی، به‌اعتقاد نگارندگان، بی‌توجهی رهبران سیاسی اخوان به بازتاب اقداماتشان در جامعه و معنایی که از حضور گستردۀ وابستگان و هواخواهان آنان در عرصۀ سیاسی برداشت می‌شد، علت اصلی طرح اتهام اقتدارگرایی و تمامیت‌خواهی علیه جماعت توسط مخالفان بود. با الهام از روش‌ پدیدارشناسانۀ آلفرد شوتز، در ارزیابی و سنجش نهاییِ راهبردهای پیش روی اخوان در آن مقطع زمانی، معنای ذهنی (انگیزشی)، کنش‌های سیاسی اخوان را در سه سطح اصول اعتقادی و تشکیلاتی و نیز تجربۀ تاریخی جماعت بررسی می‌کنیم. سپس معنای عینی (کارکردی)، این کنش‌های سیاسی را در فرهنگ سیاسی مصر فهم می‌کنیم که در قیاس با الگوی فرهنگ سیاسی دموکراتیک قرار می‌گیرد. درنهایت، شکاف میان برداشت اخوان از معنای مشارکت سیاسی خود و برداشت سایر بازیگران از معنای این اقدامات، چرایی سرنوشت ناگوار محمد مرسی و سایر رهبران اخوان در عرصۀ سیاسی را نشان خواهد داد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">After a long term, the tyranny struck Egypt hopefully looked for promising achievements of the 2011 revolution.But that hope was short-lived and before the end of his legal term, the first civil president had been overthrown by Army and in the commotion pros and cons. Winning the majority of parliament and then first presidential election put the Muslim brotherhood leaders under the spotlight and scrutiny. Apart from the deficiencies in political and economic fields, according to the authors, Muslim Brotherhood leaders&rsquo; inattention towards the reflections of their actions in society, and how society would interpret the extensive presence of Muslim Brotherhood members and supporters in political sphere, was the main reason of allegations of totalitarianism and authoritarianism against them by&nbsp; their opponents. Inspired by the phenomenological methodology of Alfred Schutz&rsquo; sociology, we interpret the <em>subjective meaning</em> of Muslim Brotherhood political actions in 3 levels: ideology, organization and&nbsp; the <em>Jama&rsquo;at</em> historical experience. Afterwards, we try to understand the o<em>bjective meaning</em> of these political actions in the Egypt&rsquo;s political culture and then compare it with the <em>idealtype</em> of democratic political culture.
