fa تبیین شاخص‌های ژئوپلیتیک قدرت هوشمند ایران در راستای تحولات جدید خاورمیانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">ابزارها و روش‌هایی که بازیگران قدرتمند در صحنه تئاتر سیاسی جهان به کار می‌گیرند، گوناگون و دیگرگون است. پویش‌های ژئوپلیتیک به مثابه روشی برای بازشناسی و پیاده‌سازی نفوذ یا کسب هژمونی در جای‌جای جهان و از رهگذار شاخص‌ها، عناصر و ظرفیت‌های ژئوپلیتیک است. با دگرگونی‌های پدید آمده در خاورمیانه و تغییر رویکردهای رفتاری بازیگران قدرتمند در آن، گفتمان‌های مهمی درباره قدرت هوشمند و اهمیت فزاینده آن در هماوردهای ژئوپلیتیک پدید آمده است. قدرت هوشمند نوعی کنش هوشمندانه در استفاده از مؤلفه‌های قدرت نرم و سخت و درآمیختن عناصر مثبت این دو است. کشور ایران به عنوان یک قطب ژئوپلیتیک تعیین‌کننده در خاورمیانه، جنبه‌های مهمی از قدرت هوشمند دارد که می‌تواند با اتکا بر آن هژمونی خود را در این منطقه حساس ژئوپلیتیک استوار سازد. پژوهش پیش رو، با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی می‌کوشد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های قدرت هوشمند ایران و راهبردهای ژئوپلیتیک متناسب با این شاخص‌ها در تحولات جدید خاورمیانه کدام هستند؟ بررسی نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های سخت‌افزاری و ارزش‌ها و انگاره‌های نرم‌افزاری درآمیخته با عناصر ژئوپلیتیک مانند هویت، فرهنگ و دین اثرگذارترین شاخص‌های قدرت هوشمند ایران به شمار می‌آیند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">Tools and methods that powerful actors employ in the world&rsquo;s political theater scene are diverse and various. Geopolitical monitoring is as a method for recognition and implementation of influence and gaining hegemony around the world through the geopolitical indices, factors and capabilities.With the transformations emerged in the Middle East and changes in the behavioral approaches of its powerful actors,some important discourses about smart power &nbsp;and its growing importance have emerged in geopolitical opponents.Smart power is a kind of intelligent action in using of components of hard and soft power and combining&nbsp; positive elements of them. Iran as a determinative geopolitical pole in the Middle East has some significant aspects of smart power which can reinforce its hegemony in this geopolitical sensitive region with reliance upon it. This research by using a descriptive &ndash; analytical method, attempts to answer to this question: what are the most important indices of Iran&rsquo;s smart power and what are the geopolitical strategies proportional along with these indices in the Middle East&rsquo;s current developments?
