fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای رویکرد‌های ایران و ترکیه درقبال تحولات خاورمیانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">این مقاله می‌کوشد رویکردهای ترکیه و ایران را درقبال رخداد‌های خاورمیانه به‌روش تطبیقی بررسی کند. انقلاب‌های عربی در خاورمیانه، نه‌تنها کشورهای منطقه، بلکه روابط بین آن‌ها را تحت‌تأثیر قرار داده است. روابط کشورهای ترکیه و ایران باتوجه‌به همسویی یا تعارض منافع درنتیجۀ رخداد‌های جدید، از این تأثیر دور نبوده است. ایران و ترکیه به‌مثابه دو همسایه و دو قدرت تأثیرگذار بر تحولات خاورمیانه، با واکنش به انقلاب‌های جهان عرب، سعی کرده‌اند طبق برداشت‌های خود از این تحولات، به این تحولات واکنش نشان دهند یا با آن همزادپنداری کنند. در این راستا، سؤال اصلی این مقاله این است: رویکردهای ایران و ترکیه درقبال رخدادهای خاورمیانه چگونه بوده است؟ سؤال‌های فرعی نیز این‌ها بوده است: تأثیر تحولات خاورمیانه بر روابط ایران و ترکیه چه بوده است؟ چه عواملی ایران و ترکیه را به‌سوی رهبری منطقه سوق می‌دهند؟ راهبردهای دو کشور درقبال رخداد‌های خاورمیانه کدام است؟ فرضیۀ اصلی این است که ایران و ترکیه، هردو، تلاش می‌کنند با استفاده از فرصت‌های پیش‌آمده، از تحولات خاورمیانه به هژمونی منطقه دست یابند. در این راستا، یکی از عوامل بسیار مهمی که دو کشور ایران و ترکیه را تحریک می‌کند تا دنبال هژمونی باشند، نیازهای امنیتی است که آن‌ها فکر می‌کنند ازطریق افزایش قدرت و توانایی‌شان، به بهترین وجه برآورده می‌شود. در این مقاله، از روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی استفاده شده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع اسنادی‌کتابخانه‌ای است.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify">This article tries to study Iran-Turkey&rsquo;s approaches toward Middle East changes in a comparative way. The Arab revolutions in the Middle East, not only have had impact on the regional countries but also on the relations between them. The relation of Iran and Turkey due to convergence or divergence of interests as a result of new changes is not excluded. Iran and Turkey as two neighboring and influencial powers on Middle East transformations are reacting toward the revolutions of Arab world according to their own conceptions of these developments or identifies themselves with it. In this line, the main question of this paper is that what are the approaches of Iran and Turkey toward Middle East developments? In addition, other secondary questions are included what are the impacts of the Middle East developments on the relation of Iran and Turkey? What are the main factors that drive Iran and Turkey toward the leadership of the region? What strategies have two countries taken? The main hypothesis is that Iran and Turkey try to become hegemonic power through taking the advantages offered by the Middle East developments. Analyzing Iran-Turkey &lsquo;s relations, this paper shows that one of the main factors which motivate states to follow hegemony is security needs that they think the best way to accomplish these needs is increasing their power and capabilities.
