fa نسبت دگرگونی‌های منطقه‌ غرب آسیا با امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> خیزش‌های مردمی کشورهای عرب مسلمان در سال2011 که با خیزش تونس&shy;ها آغاز گردید و سپس به واحدهای دیگر ازجمله مصر، بحرین و یمن گسترش یافت، دگرگونی‌های مهمی در محیط پیرامونی ج.ا.ایران محسوب می‌شوند که بر امنیت ملی کشورهای دیگر منطقه و ج.ا.ایران تأثیراتی اساسی دارد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش پژوهش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> این مقاله &nbsp;با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تلاش دارد به بررسی</span></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">فرصت ها و تهدیدهای تحولات کشورهای منطقه غرب آسیا برای امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران بپردازد و در این راستا در صدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تحولات </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">منطقه غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> چه فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و تهدیداتی را برای امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پی‌داشته است؟ </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> تحولات منطقه غرب آسیا به دلیل ویژگی‌های خاص خود همواره از مؤلفه‌های مهم اثرگذار بر امنیت ملی ایران بوده است، به‌رغم سبک&shy;ها و روندهای متفاوت، خیزش‌های مردمی در دو سطح دگرگونی‌های عمده‌ای را در سطح غرب آسیا و شمال افریقا ایجاد می‌کند. اول دگرگونی در ساختارها و نظام‌های سیاسی کشورها و ایجاد الگوهای نوین مشروعیت در سطح نظام‌های سیاسی و دوم ایجاد دگرگونی در سطح ساختار و توازن قدرت بین بازیگران منطقه‌ای . این دو سطح مؤلفه‌های امنیتی درون کشورها و ترتیبات سیاسی و امنیتی، اوضاع منطقه را برای ج.ا.ایران دگرگون می‌سازد و درنتیجه متغیرها و چشم اندازهای نوینی را در محیط امنیتی ایران بوجود می آورد. بر این اساس امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران شاهد فرصت‌های (مثل، طرح و تقویت الگوهای نوین مشروعیت سیاسی ، تغییر نظام‌های سیاسی استبدادی به مردمی و هم‌چنین شکل‌گیری ترتیبات سیاسی و امنیتی جدیدی در سطح منطقه) و تهدیدهای مثل پر رنگ شدن سیاست&shy;های تخاصمی رقبای منطقه&shy;ای و جهانی.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: Popular upheavals and regional developments in the Islamic world in 2011, which began with the uprising of the Tunisian people and then spread to other countries in the Arab world, including Egypt, Bahrain and Yemen, are considered significant changes in the peripheral environment of Iran which affects the national security of the various countries of the region, including Iran.<br> <strong>Methodology</strong>: This paper, by using descriptive-analytical method, attempts to explore the opportunities and threats of developments in the Arab world for the national security of Iran and, in this regard, seeks to answer the question of what are the opportunities, challenges and threats to the national security of Islamic Republic of Iran?<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Developments in the West Asia region due to their specific characteristics have always been important components of national security of Iran. Despite different patterns and processes, popular uprisings have been undergone in two directions at two levels: major changes in the level of West Asia and North Africa. The first is the transformation of political structures and systems within countries and the creation of new patterns of legitimacy at the level of political systems, and, the second is the transformation in the level of structure and balance of power among regional actors. These two levels of security components within countries and political and security arrangements will transform the situation of the region for Iran and create new variables and perspectives in the security environment of Iran.
