fa مبانی تقسیم بندی نظام بین‌الملل و هم‌گرایی‌ها و واگرایی‌های آن در گفتمان تعامل‌گرایی ضدنظام‌سلطه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">گفتمان سیاست خارجی امام خمینی، با وجود داشتن مبانی وثیق استراتژیک و دیپلماتیک، ایدئولوژیک و عقیدتی است. انقلاب اسلامی، کانون گفتمان امام را سامان می&shy;دهد. گفتمان سیاست&shy;خارجی بنیانگذار انقلاب اسلامی، استوار بر مرزکشی میان خود و دیگری است. در این منطق دگرسازانه، نظام بین&shy;الملل به دو کیان مستکبر و مستضعف تقسیم می&shy;شود. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با نظر به گفتمان رهبری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، نشان دهد که این گفتمان دنباله منطقی گفتمان امام در فضایی متحول است. شرایط ویژه داخلی، منطقه&shy;ای و بین‌المللی و نیز ویژگی&shy;های شخصیتی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، ایشان را به&shy;سوی در پیش&shy;گیری خوانشی عمل&shy;گراتر، در چهارچوب گفتمان تعامل&shy;گرایی ضد نظام سلطه، سوق داده است. این گفتمان، عصاره سیاست خارجی ایران بوده و سه مفهوم اسلام انقلابی، امنیت ملی و منافع ملی را در نسبت&shy;هایی گوناگون مفصل‌بندی می‌کند. در این منطق، دو بلوک سلطه&shy;گر و سلطه&shy;ستیز در برابر یکدیگر قرار گرفته و هویت ـ دیگری و منطق تفاوت ـ زنجیره هم&shy;ارزی نظام بین&shy;الملل را معنا می‌بخشند. نوشتار پیش رو، پس از طرح کلان ‌گفتمان تعامل&shy;گرایی ضد نظام سلطه، مبانی تقسیم جهان و هم‌گرایی&shy;ها و واگرایی&shy;های آن را در ذیل پرداختن به دو مفهوم هویت و دیگری و زنجیره هم&shy;ارزی و منطق تفاوت برجسته می&shy;نماید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">Imam Khomeini&rsquo;s foreign policy discourse, in spite of having confident<br> strategic and diplomatic basics, is ideological. The Islamic revolution<br> organizes the focus of his discourse. The Islamic revolution founder`s<br> foreign policy discourse is based on a strong ridging between the self and<br> the other. In this other-making logic, the international system is divided<br> into two domains: the suppressor and the suppressed. This paper, regarding<br> the leadership discourse of Ayatollah Khamenei, is to show that this<br> discourse is the logical outcome of Imam&rsquo;s discourse in an evolutionary<br> environment. The special internal, regional and international conditions<br> and the characteristics of Ayatollah Khamenei have moved him towards<br> forming a more pragmatic reading in the framework of interactionism<br> discourse against the dominating system. The discourse is the extract of<br> Iran&rsquo;s foreign policy that articulates the three notions of revolutionary<br> Islam, social security and national interests besides each other in different<br> proportions. In this logic, the two blocks of the dominator and the dominated<br> are placed against each other and the identity-other, difference logicequivalence<br> chain make the international system meaningful.
