fa کالبد شکافی سیاست خارجی و مواضع بازیگران معارض غربی در جنگ 33 روزه لبنان Autopsy of Foreign Policy and the Stances of the Western Opponent Actors in Lebanon’s 33-day War تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با شروع جنگ 33 روزه علیه لبنان، بازیگران جهانی و منطقهای هر کدام به فراخور منافع و علایق خود جهتگیریها و مواضع مختلفی را در رابطه با این جنگ اتخاذ نمودند. در این میان، تلاشهای دولت‌های غربی به عنوان قدرت‌های برتر و مدعیان حقوق بشر در جهان، در حمایت از اسرائیل و ضربه زدن به حزبالله لبنان از جلوههای بارز مسائل پیرامون این جنگ محسوب میشود. هدف مقاله حاضر توصیف و تحلیل مواضع دولتهای اروپایی و آمریکا در این جنگ بر مبنای نظریه سیاست خارجی روزنا است و سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که سیاست خارجی و مواضع دولتهای اروپایی و آمریکایی در جنگ 33 روزه لبنان چه بوده است. در این نوشتار با روش تحلیل اسنادی ابعاد این جهتگیریها بررسی می‌شود. نتایج نشان میدهد که منافع این کشورها از سطح بالایی از همپوشانی برخوردار بوده و آنها به دنبال تضعیف جبهه مقاومت و جلوگیری از گسترش قلمرو ژئوپلیتیکی ایران هستند. بنابراین دولتهای اروپایی و ایالات متحده به تقویت، تجهیز و حمایت همهجانبه از اقدامات رژیم صهیونیستی پرداختند. ایالات متحده آمریکا مدیریت سیاسی این جنگ را در دست داشت و دولتهای اروپایی نیز در راستای تأمین منافع و کسب اهداف خود با آن همگام شدند. With the beginning of the 33-day war against Lebanon, global and regional actors adopted different orientations and stances towards it according to their interests. The efforts of western governments and the U.S. as the super powers of the world, in support of Isreal and against Hizbullah, are obvious manifestations of the issues of this war. The present paper is aimed at explaining and analyzing the stances and policies of the U.S. government and western governments based on Rosenau foreign policy theory. The main question is “how was the foreign policy and stances of the western governments and the U.S. in the 33-day war of the Lebanon?” In the present paper, the different aspects of these stances are studied through documentary method. The results show that the interests of these countries are very overlapping and they are trying to undermine the Resistance Front and to prevent the deployment of Iran`s geopolitical sphere. Therefore, European and the United States governments strengthen, equip and support the Zionist regime thoroughly.
