fa داعش و مدرنیسم ارتجاعی؛ بررسی اندیشه و عملکرد نسل جدید اسلام‌گرایی رادیکال ISIS and Reactionary Modernism تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ظهور و گسترش گرو‌ه داعش در نقطه‌ای از جهان واقع شده است، که در آن، کارگزاران سیاسی فاقد تجربه‌های مدرن کشورداری بوده‌اند و اگرچه همواره تلاش داشته‌اند با زبان مدرن سخن بگویند، عملکردها با آن همسو نبود. در نتیجه نوعی ملی‌گرایی تکامل‌نیافته و ناقص پدید آمد که در ترکیب با آثار رویدادهای مهم جهانی و منازعات دیرینه پس از تحولات نفسگیر جهان عرب (2011)، تبدیل به چالشی از سوی گروه‌های غیردولتی‌ شد. درواقع، برخی از بازیگران غیردولتی جدید به این می‌اندیشند که نظم سیاسی مورد نظر خود را در سرزمین‌های این منطقه بنا نهاده و مرزهای جدیدی را تعریف کنند. شاید به نظر آید گروهی مانند داعش، نسل نوینی از افراط‌گرایی همراه با عناصری از جنبش‌های بنیادگرایانه پیشین است، اما در واقع ریشه آن در اثرپذیری از مدرنیسم و وضعیت پسااستعماری است، لذا می‌توان آن را به عنوان یک جنبش «مدرن ارتجاعی» قلمداد کرد. استدلال اصلی مقاله براین ‌اساس است که داعش جریانی مدرن است که در بستر مدرنیته و در واکنش به آن ظهور نموده است و نمی‌توان آن را صرفا جنبشی سنتی قلمداد کرد. همچنین سعی بر آن است که از طریق روش اسنادی – کتابخانهای و با مقایسه با نمونه تاریخی مشابه دیگری در جهان (نمونه نازی‌ها)، نقاط اشتراک و افتراق آنها بررسی شود. به نظر می‌رسد ضرورت شناخت نوع منحصر بفرد این گروه‌ها، می‌تواند به درک چشم‌انداز آینده جریان سلفی‌گرایی تکفیری در خاورمیانه کمک کند و مانع برداشت و تحلیلی یکسویه از چنین گروههایی شود. The radical groups like ISCS are emerged in a region of the world that their political agents have no modern experience of governance. In this situation, they applied incorrect policies, and this leads to more conflict and hostility in their country and region. Although these groups use the modern concepts, they cannot act according to the modern political language. The result is a kind of naïve and primitive nationalism that in companion with the recent changes in the world and in the Arab region (2011) has created big challenges for all actors. In fact, in the lack of modern political organizations some of these non-governmental groups try to stablish their own political order in the region and define new border for their existence. These groups define the modernism in a reactionary form. Some researchers may consider ISIS as a new generation of previous radical Islamist group, but it seems that it roots in modernism and postcolonialism. Based on these roots it can be known as a “reactionary modern” group. The main argumentation of this paper is based on this view that the ISIS is a modern group that emerged in modern situation and in reaction to it; so it cannot be considered as traditional movement. In a comparative method, ISIS will be studied with the example of Nazism.
