fa بحران سوریه و جنگ سرد جدید تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بحران سوریه پس از سپری کردن مراحل جنگ سخت بین بازیگران منطقه‌ای، به سوی جنگ سرد جدیدی بین بازیگران قدرتمند فرا منطقه ای پیشروی کرده است. پرسش اساسی مطرح شده در مقاله حاضر این است که ماهیت تقابل جدید غرب و شرق در قبال بحران سوریه چگونه است؟ ماهیت این تقابل آشکار شدن مجدد جنگ سرد بین دو بلوک قدرتِ کشورهای غربی به رهبری آمریکا و کشورهای شرقی به رهبری روسیه می&shy;باشد. ماهیت تقابل جدید غرب و شرق در برابر همدیگر در دو بعد اساسی قابل تبیین است: یکی، در کانون قرار داشتن مسأله امنیت و دیگری، رویکرد تدافعی همکاری و اتحاد کشورهای حاضر در بلوک قدرت شرق، در برابر تهدید‌ات ناشی از گسترش حوزۀ نفوذ آمریکا و متحدانش در سطح بین‌المللی و منطقه خاورمیانه. مقاله، با استفاده از روش پژوهشی توصیفی - تحلیلی، شاخص های جنگ سرد ایجاد شده در نتیجه بحران سوریه را نشان می دهد.</span></span></em><br> <br> &nbsp; The Syrian&nbsp;crisis,&nbsp;after&nbsp;passing the stages of a hard&nbsp;war&nbsp;between&nbsp;regional&nbsp;actors, advances towards a new&nbsp;cold&nbsp;war&nbsp;between&nbsp;powerful&nbsp;intra-regional&nbsp;actors.&nbsp;The basic&nbsp;question&nbsp;raised in&nbsp;the present article&nbsp;is, &ldquo;How is&nbsp;the nature of&nbsp;the new conflict between&nbsp;East and West&nbsp;in the Syrian crises?&rdquo; The nature of&nbsp;the&nbsp;confrontation is revealing the cold war&nbsp;between the two&nbsp;blocks of the Western countries, led by the U.S., and&nbsp;the Eastern&nbsp;countries,&nbsp;led by&nbsp;Russia.&nbsp;The new&nbsp;nature of the confrontation between&nbsp;East and West&nbsp;against&nbsp;each other can be explained in two basic dimensions: one,&nbsp;the security being in the center and another&nbsp;is the&nbsp;defensive&nbsp;approach of cooperation and&nbsp;unification of&nbsp;countries in&nbsp;the East power&nbsp;block&nbsp;against&nbsp;the threat&nbsp;caused by&nbsp;the spread of America&rsquo;s&nbsp;influence&nbsp;and&nbsp;its allies&nbsp;in the Middle East&nbsp;region&nbsp;and&nbsp;the international level.
