fa نقش رسانه در توسعه سیاسی و اجتماعی با تأکید بر جامعه معناگرای ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">عصر حاضر را عصر سلطه ارتباطات می‌نامند. بی‌گمان در مورد همه مسائل جهان، بزرگ‌ترین رسالت اطلاع رسانی بر دوش رسانه‌های جمعی است. امروزه رسانه‌ها با گسترش مرز‌های جغرافیایی، فرهنگی و سیاسی، هویت انسان معاصر را تحت تأثیر قرار داده‌اند، به طوری که می‌توان هویت انسان مدرن را هویت رسانه‌ای نام گذاشت. افزایش نقش وسایل نوین ارتباط جمعی در بخش‌های مختلف زندگی بشری سبب شده است که از آنها در زمینه‌های گوناگون استفاده شود. رسانه‌ها همان‌گونه که در ایجاد تحکیم و نقاط قوت سهم به‌سزایی دارند، گاهی در تضعیف پایه‌های اصلی جامعه نیز مؤثرند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">با توجه به کارکردهای متنوع رسانه‌های جمعی، همچون آگاهی بخشی و اطلاع رسانی، ایجاد انسجام وتعلق اجتماعی، نظارت بر عملکرد ساختار قدرت و فراهم آوردن زمینه‌های مشارکت عمومی و نظارت همگانی در نظام اجتماعی، می‌توانند جایگاه در خور اعتنائی در تکوین، تکامل و نهادینه‌سازی شاخص‌ها و عناصر بنیادین ساختار سیاسی جامعه داشته باشند. رسانه‌های خبری نظیر روزنامه، مجله، کتاب، رادیو، تلویزیون، اینترنت و مانند آن به عنوان یکی از نهاد‌های مهم جامعه با تأثیری که بر عقاید و آرا و دیگر ابعاد زندگی بشر دارند، واقعیت‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی خاصی را برای مردم خلق می‌کنند تعیین کننده چشم‌انداز ما از جهان هستند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">بر خلاف مدرسه و دیگر نهادها و ارکان حیات انسانی، رسانه‌ها امری فراگیرند. ویژگی اصلی رسانه‌ها «همه جا» بودن آنهاست. آنها می‌توانند یک کلاس بی‌دیوار با میلیاردها شنونده تشکیل دهند. رسانه‌ها وظیفه حراست از محیط را بر عهده دارند؛ آنها باید با ایجاد همبستگی میان اجزای جامعه، در پاسخ به نیاز‌های محیطی، مسئولیت انتقال میراث اجتماعی از نسلی به نسل دیگر را برعهده گیرند. رسانه‌ها هم حرکت و پویایی و نشاط را تقویت و تولید می‌کنند و هم رخوت، تنبلی و سستی را. از یک سو احساس‌های عاطفی، محبت و صداقت را بر می‌انگیزند و از سوی دیگر، احساس زشتی، دشمنی، بی‌اعتمادی، دروغ وخشونت را زنده می‌کنند. این کارکرد، به طور طبیعی موجب پیدایش تضاد‌های درونی- رفتاری در مقیاس فردی و اجتماعی می‌شود.</p> <p>The current age is named as the age of communication dominance. Doubtlessly, the biggest part of information science about all of world issues is on the massmedias. Nowadays media have influenced on modern human identity by expansion of geographical, cultural and political border , in such a way that the modern human identity can be named media identity. Increase in the role of modern means of mass communication in various parts of human life have caused to using them in different grounds. Although the media have a well – deserved role in create the strengthen and power points, sometimes medias are also effective in weakening of basic position of society.</p> <p>Regarding to various functions of mass medias such as news and information science, creating the Social belonging and attachment, Supervision on the operation of power anatomy, providing of the grounds of public participation, and the general supervision on social system can avail a worthy position in creation, perfection and institutionalizing of indexes, and fundamental elements of political structure. news media’s such as newspaper , magazine , book , radio ,television , internet and something like them as one of important organization of society with the influence which have on ideas and opinion and the other aspects of human life , create social and political facts for people which are the determiner of our view about the world.</p> <p>Contrary to schools, the other organizations, and the branches of human life, the Medias are comprehensive.
