fa تحول پارادایمی مفهوم قدرت و امنیت در عصر جهانی شدن و تأثیر آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">قدرت و امنیت، کلیدی ترین مفاهیم روابط بین الملل محسوب می شوند بااین وجود، این دو مفهوم را می توان پیچیده ترین مفاهیم این دیسیپلین علمی نیز به حساب آورد. این مساله بویژه در پرتو پویایی سیاست بین الملل و تحول پارادایمیک این علم در عصر جهانی شدن، در هر دو حوزه روشی و ماهوی و ظهور بازیگران متعدد غیر دولتی، وابستگی متقابل اقتصادی، سیاسی و امنیتی کشورها و توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، سبب شده که امروزه با اشکال و ابعاد بسیار متنوع و متکثری از قدرت و امنیت و رویکردهای متفاوت در توضیح و تبیین آن مواجه باشیم. بر این اساس، علی رغم سلطه هژمونیک رهیافت رئالیسم در روابط بین الملل، تعریف قدرت و امنیت به عنوان توانمندی معطوف به زور مورد انتقاد و واسازی مفهومی قرار گرفته است. در این راستا مفاهیمی چون قدرت نرم، قدرت هوشمند، امنیت نرم، هسته امنیتی، دفاع هوشمند و... مطرح شده است. باتوجه به این مساله، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بازخوانی تحول پارادایمیک قدرت و امنیت در عصر جهانی شدن سیاست و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که مهم ترین تاثیرات تحول مفهوم قدرت و امنیت در عصر جهانی شدن بر امنیت ملی ایران کدامند؟ یافته های این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت گرفته نشان می دهد که تحول ماهوی قدرت، امنیت و تهدید در عصر جهانی شدن از رویکرد سلبی و دولت محور به رویکرد ایجابی، انسانی و فراملی، زمینه شکل گیری چالش ها و فرصت های نوینی برای امنیت ملی ایران شده که عدم توجه به تحول این مفاهیم و پیگیری راهبردهای امنیت ملی بر مبنای تعاریف سنتی، تأمین کننده منافع ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در عصر جهانی شدن نخواهد بود. </span><br> &nbsp; Power and security are the key concepts of international relations. Nevertheless, these two concepts can be considered as the most complex concepts of this discipline. This issue, in particular in the light of the dynamics of international politics and the paradigmatic transformation of this science in the age of globalization, has brought about both methodological and material domains and the emergence of numerous non-state actors, the interdependence of economic, political and security of countries and the development of information and communication technology, which today, faced us with a variety of forms and dimensions of power and security and different approaches to explaining and explaining it. Accordingly, despite the dominance of hegemonic approach of realism in international relations, the definition of power and security as a forceful force has been criticized and conceptual deconstruction. In this regard, concepts such as soft power, smart power, soft security, security kernel, intelligent defense, and the like have been posed. Regarding this issue, the main purpose of this study is to review the paradigm shift of power and security in the era of policy globalization and its impact on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article attempts to answer the question: What are the most important effects of the transformation of the concept of power and security in the age of globalization in Iran&#39;s national security?
