Identity geopolitic and its impact on security stretegies of Iran – Saudi Arabie towards Yemeni crisis

Abstract
Yemeni crisis has significant consequences on Middle East region and trans-regional security policy. The first symptoms can be associated with different behaviors two regional major player in the region, Iran and Saudi Arabia. So, the main question is what affects the geopolitical identity put foreward on security strategy of Iran and Saudi Arabia in the region and inturn on tha behavioral model of the two countries about developments in Yemen. The hypothesis is that Shiite identity, and arrogance revolutionary Iran and Sunni identity on the one hand, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's pro-West on the other hand, the development of geopolitical conflicts in the Middle East, especially in conflict and cold war between the two countries in Yemen. The results show that religious identity is the most influential factor in relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, the Shiite minority in Saudi Arabia about the protests and uprisings, especially after the crisis in Yemen is deepening and spreading. Hence, contrary to the security of identity-based and participatory approach in solving regional conflicts, Iran, Saudi Arabia, with the support and involvement of extra-regional powers, especially America has adopted an aggressive approach to their own security, in order to explain the subject more accurate is trying to apply Constructivism theory and testing research hypothsis.

Parties as one of the most important social forces shaped by social Cleavages and seek to manage them. Less society can be found that has not social divide. In Turkey, as a legacy of a plural society, there are several social Cleavage are generally active. Purpose of this research is addressing the AKP experience in managing social Cleavage by examining the historical process is the formation of party platforms Based on the gaps in the country. It seems that the AKP succeeded by focusing on three categories of Economic, ethnic and religious Cleavages, plays an important role in preventing and reducing the politicization of crack. The success of the party in several elections in recent years and expand the circle of party voters would be clear evidence of the success of the AKP be considered.

Discourse Analysis of Iranian and American Actors’look to the consept of Terrorism

Discourse is correlated signifiers in which social trends formed and interaction of »Self« and »Other« is constructed and reality means. Semantic structures deals with identity. Political boundries cause the establishment of identities in political arena which means against the radiacal otherness. The question of this research is how the process of meaning of terrorism is analyzed by Iranian and American actor? The hypothesis is, in the view of Iranian and American to the concept of terrorism, discursive trends in construction of »Self« and »Other« and the way of looking at terrorism plays an important role. In fact the way of looking at terrorism by these two actors, is an obvious example of articulation of a phenomenon with discursive trends and legends and ideals of each in constructing »Other« of terrorism. The ideals of each of these two actors as the legendary symbol in identity and discourse of foregn policy, from one side can prepare national identity and representation and difference and on the other side direct the foreign policy or represent something like terrorism. The research method is discourse analysis.

On the other hand consider that the discourse of Shiaphobia and Iran-phobia Located in a historical and religious context and high gained acceptance among Sunni Arabs And somehow The historical conflict between the Arabs & none Arabs nations in the past ted to prevailing the Iran phobia in the Arab world.
