With the expansion of Islamic Awakening all around the Middle Eadt, due to the Islamic Republic of Iran's potntiality for discourse-making, the political and strategic equations of the region have been developped fundamentally so that a new geometry of power is being formed in the region. In parallel with the role of State actors in the new perspective of the Middle East, the influence of the non-State actors has had a great impact on the transformation of power arrangements in the region, due to their operational potentialities. This article tends to scrutinize on how the omnipotence of political Islam and the ascending role of NGOs have transformed the new geometry of power in the region.
