The Middle East due to communication pathway, energy sources, imperialist experiences, its cultural conflicts and geopolitic conditions, has found a realistic environment based on problems of public, national and regional security.In a way that these conditions have not led to any peace and stability in  the Middle East region. Therefore, study of process of formation of security issues in the Middle East in frame a system based on structuralist linguistic analysis is important. The aim of this research is study of effective factors in the definition of reginal security in the Middle East.The main question is: what are the factors of formation of security problem in the Middle East.The hypothesis of this study suggests that the formation of definitions and security problems in the Middle East  is resulting from the linguistic factors which have arisen in effect of production of west security signs. This study, by using a descriptive- analytic method and also valid texts and statistics and structualist linguistic analysis shows this result that in the Middle East region in effect of production of signs by factors outside its language society bed in internal conditions, has been causing by referring to signifier of the Middle East to the special signified issues which has made the Middle East region more security than before, in which only crisis is produced.
