20th century and after that, should be considered commence of recognizing and utilizing of soft power resources by states. Soft power resources should be relying on software values and norms, which help people to achieve desired goals without use of force, coercion, and violence. Indeed, soft power is based on generating attractiveness and willingness to guide thoughts and actions towards achieving the preferences of a government and achieving desirable results. Saudi Arabia, because of her claims on being Islamic original land and leader ship of Islamic world and because of her geopolitical and geostrategic location in middle east, is more in need of using soft power than before. This paper in a descriptive- analytical manner seeks to answer to this question that” what are the resources of soft power for Saudi Arabia, and how much has been this country successful in order to achieve her ends in this field? Researches show that Saudi Arabia has three resources of soft power, which use them for satisfy her goals.
